Refused to price match their own website saying they only price match for pro members. Then attempted to sell me a $25 pro member ship to save $5. No thanks. Website should match store pricing

Every time I come here they are supposed to be open at 11a.m. They never are. No sign saying they are running behind or anything. Sometimes they don’t open until 11:30/12:00. No way to run a business. Going to have to travel further away from home where there is a much better GameStop.

worst customer experience, a great example of bringing your home to work, toughest guy I ever met all that being said my issue is that first I walk in and greet the worker & no reply just a grizzly face so then I go to ask this person a question about an item and get cut off mid sentence with "whatever u c is what I have" first off not what u have but what gamestop has you not the owner specially with that attitude so I just walked out and I'll go to Walmart instead I cannot understand why people like this even come out the house with the tough guy attitude we all know how that story ends...God bless

Worker was kind of rude and made me feel like I was bothering him by needing assistance. The atmosphere was weird. Should have just bought what I needed online.
