Pharmacy and especially drive thru are very hit or miss. 30 min wait to pick up a filled prescription with two cars in front. First car sitting @ window for 25 minutes, should be told to come back or go inside. This happens often, and I rarely come here. No respect for your time. They have a 2nd lane that is always closed.

Since my prescriptions were switched to CVS, I have no complaints. I found all the staff to provide excellent customer care services. The pharmacist are outstanding and they will take the time to come over and answer your questions and address your concerns.

I am usually an independent pharmacy person, but the pharmacists here have won me over. Everyone I've spoken with, whether on the phone or in person, is kind, helpful, and professional. And I've gotten my vaccines here, too, and scheduling and getting them done is extremely easy.

The cashiers are typically lazy at this store and never at the front counter. Today there were 6 people lined up so she (cashier) attempted to direct all of us to self serve. I had $300 worth of items in my cart, and no time, so I checked out the single $20 item I needed at self servant and started to walk out leaving my completely overfull cart at the cashier. At this point she offered to check my items out 1 by 1 as she just did for the woman before me at self service, but I politely declined. I don't work here. I have no time to waste. It is not my job to scan 50 bar codes. I went back home to Amazon.com and ordered the same cart full of items. I just left at CVS. Never again. Good bye CVS Forever!!! No wonder bricks & mortar are dying with your staff accelerating your demise.

First time visiting this CVS location. Lots of interesting items that you would not expect at a CVS, such as succulents, plants, and TY beanie babies. Ran in to get one item. There was one cashier and one working self check out. The cashier was helping someone so figured I would just use the self checkout, and as soon as I scanned my one item a message blared "requesting assistance." Not sure what set it off? The cashier was still helping the one customer at the register so I waited for someone to come help me in self checkout. Another employee came, swiped their card and I was good to go. Knocking two stars for the slow checkout process and the malfunctioning self checkout. Pros:-good variety of items-this location has a photo deptCons:-slow checkout-malfunctions self check out-not many people around to ask for help

All I can say is if your looking for a Good Pharmacy don’t go here to the Mt Pocono CVS! The Pharmacy Techs are nice and I love the girls there and they go above and beyond to help you but as far as the Pharmacy Manager goes he’s an Arrogant SOB that his only concern is himself! I am a customer and just like all his customers I deserve to be a priority customer too just like his other so called 400 customers! So I drop off a prescription Friday upon going back and picking up my meds I’m being told my meds are not covered cause I don’t have coverage and this is every time I go there and each time I call the ins company and I’m being told that you do have coverage and the problem is there entering codes or numbers in there system incorrectly so I explained this to this arrogant SOB of a Pharmacy Manager and he refused to listen! I explained to him that the insurance company told us to have the pharmacy call them and his response was I have 400 customers and I can’t be bothered sitting on the phone for 30 plus minutes jus because it’s you ! Last time I checked I am one of those 400 customers and if this is a constant issue then why the hell is it that much of a problem to pick up the dam phone and call them! He then proceeded with we are doing everything right and it’s not them it’s the ins company. So if it’s the ins company then why not call them and fix this situation! I can Understand something happening once but when it happens multiple times that’s unacceptable and not to even want to try and act like the customer is a complete idiot is wrong on all levels! This guy has no business working with people with the attitude he has! Literally he looked like he was ready to jump out the Drive through window and strangle me if he could! I got a sense of un easy ness around him and felt very uncomfortable being anywhere near this psycho of a pharmacy manager! I hope proper rules are followed and CVS follows up with my complaint no one should be treated like a downgrade! Remember I am one of those 400 customers and should be treated with respect ! Very upset will be transferring all my RX’s out of that location don’t need to be treated this way!
