I had a hell of a time getting a new replacement phone. When I walked in the sales rep. Tammie helped me out the store needs 5 more reps like her. IDK what the store manager sold me when I bought my first phone but she should work on her selling pitch and not lie to customers to bring them over into the service. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP TAMMIE!

Other than the one star I'm giving this store I have never actually been in it to experience any other aspect. Door has been locked both times I've been there with a sign saying" be back soon. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause".
