Once again, I lm here for work. There is a friendly staff to make this stay pleasant. Wifi is a lot better since I'm closer to the lobby, last year was a bit spotty as I was all the way at the end.
Rooms: Wifi isn't great if you stay further from the lobby. They should invest in something to extend it.
Food and drinks: Breakfast every morning is nice and convenient and there are a couple of great restaurants across the street for a variety of options.
Noteworthy details: Wifi isn't great at further rooms but well in the lobby. Good quality breakfast items daily and nice/accommodating staff.

"I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. My son had a health issue, and we won't be able to go on vacation. We tried to reschedule or get a refund, but the employees and the manager just keep saying it's not possible. So what happens with the money, do they keep it? THIS IS STEALING."

Charged me $75 extra to be refunded when we checked out No refund was ever give it took 3weeks for it to settle thru my credit card company the hotel never bothered to even return our calls.

The front desk agent checking us in had no clue she spend more time giggling at our concerns, which was not even funny .The room we got was outdated and the sofa had ripped and stains on. I was also meant in the morning by a young man that was more concern about his text message on his phone than attending to guest. This very unprofessional staff will not stay here again .

Do not stay here unless you want to be charged for nights you don't even stay here. Horrible customer service and horrible management. I was charged for a night I didn't even stay there and it was last priority for the manager. She was very rude and snarkey and kept saying " I don't call people back right away". If this hotel is truly being sold, get a better manager!

The hotel and the property was good, overall the stay was decent. But the staff of the hotel on the highest authority especially, are not friendly, practically impossible and pathetic. Not knowing how to talk, and can push the customers away, may be for only 1 reason to want less guests in the hotel so that she doesn’t have to work more. The rooms are decent, and averagely clean. But if you are looking up for a comfortable stay, you might want to run away from this particular hotel. As you would not be treated as customers, but someone who has got up there when they wanted to keep their hotel empty and non-working. Also they serve breakfast with half trays empty all the time, when we asked for room cleaning, they don’t do it at all, after saying we will get it done. The hotel head staff needs to be changed for the property to be running, as the authorized staff is not appropriate and probably has no idea what they are doing, and ruining the owner’s business. And thus there is nothing good, no service, no food quality, breakfast with empty trays, no house cleaning, which might lead you to actually land up in more frustration, anger, awkwardness and irritation, that too on your vacations! If you like this, it will be like a home for you, else run away real quick.

We stay 3 nights , we had king size bad and couche in our room, we payed more than $200 for each night. the housekeeper never show up to our room , the pool was under maintenance, no one can use it , the breakfast was bad , the coffee was really bad , the cheapest coffee in the market, they really need to upgrade their system and try to change it to keep their customers

Rooms were good but the GM of hotel is a crazy lady, we had a issue with a booking website, she didnot want to listen to us, her staff was helping us out so she did not let him help as well and called 911 on us, police came, understood our problem, and then the website also contacted hotel and clarified that we have already paid for it, her staff and police understood that we were not at fault, there was a mismatch at there system.At end everything was sorted but that manager doest deserve to be a hotel manager, she has no respect for her guests, i havnt met anyone like her in hotel industry, you feel helpless at the end of your vacation as there is noone to help you and person like her screaming at you.If any hotel owners or managers read this, please have her trained, she doesnt deserve to be interacting with the guests at all. Worst experience at checkout…I dont know her name but she said she is the GM while screaming and throwing the bill on our face

My friend stayed there last week and woke up with bite marks all over.her body. This hotel rooms are filled with bed bugs. Staff informed me that the manager knows about the.bed.bug issue and continue to book rooms. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.Rooms: Rooms have BEDBUGS.Noteworthy details: BEDBUGS.

We were given a room key and when we opened the room, there were people sleeping in the beds, the occupants of our supposed room were very upset and chased us in hallway to know why we opened their room. It ended ok with the occupants but obviously could have been a violent episode resulting in someone getting hurt or shot ( seems to be the world these days). Completely unacceptable and scary that we were put in this position. Think twice about this place. More to come tomorrow, to add to the story.
