I would never send anyone here. I took two urns to get engraved. The wording was not centered on one of them and the other was simply ruined. I wasn’t even made aware of it.. they were just going to let me pay and hoped I didn’t notice. Had to fight to get my money back when I should have been paid for the time they ruined. Terrible customer service.

I do not recommend for repairs. I was quoted and paid $170 for a ring repair. The workmanship was not acceptable, the owner agreed. The ring was sent back to be redone and I was charged an additional $110. I questioned the workers when I picked it up and they basically had an oh well attitude.

George Wood is one of the last and best of a generation that is customer oriented. Had to get an expansion band repaired on a watch I wear, and he completed that task in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way!

Just wanted everyone to know that this store is family owned and makes the service excellent. Whether you are from Mount Pleasant or Greensburg this is a jewelry store you are going to want to check out. Very good service, prices are very reasonable they go from high end to medium to low end. Basically you can get what you want if they don't have what you want ask they probably can find it for you then what I hit post

Broke my watch as I was standing there. Told me it must have been that way when I came in to get help putting back of watch on. Changed battery and was having difficulty putting it back on. No it wasn't broken when I came in.
