Love going to this salon for my nails. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. They are almost always on time which is something that is important to me and was lacking at a previous place. Tracey, the owner, is great, and makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend!

For over 5 years, I’ve been lucky enough to be a client at Roots in Mt. Pleasant. Stephenie has been doing my hair for years, and I followed her in her move to Roots. This is a very special place to spend some self-care time. From my first visit to now, Tracey has taken the salon through beautiful transformations. It’s always comfortable and relaxed, and the goal is always customer satisfaction. The service is efficient, and second to none. From Hannah’s gorgeous nail art, Meghan’s perfect manis, Tracey’s pedicures that truly rank up there with Bedford’s Omni Spa, and Stephenie’s cut and color skills, Roots is hands-down the best salon in Westmoreland County. Be sure to check out Tracey’s skin care line when you get there! (I’m afraid to make recommendations of my fave skin care products bc if she’s out when I go to restock, my anxiety rages. ?) I treated my daughter to a manicure by Meagan at Roots Hair & Nail Salon. My daughter couldn't stop raving about her nails and how good Meagan made her feel. My daughter is normally shy, but she said Meagan boosted her self-confidence that she was easily able to talk to her.
I love going there for my nails and hair. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been going there for 10 years. They really care about their clients.

The group of ladies at Roots are great! I hadn't gotten my nails done in a long time and decided to give them a try and they got my hands and feet taken care of. Would highly recommend Roots for any nail needs you have.

Roots Hair and Nail Salon is fabulous! The service is fabulous and I absolutely love going for my biweekly nail appointments! I always receive compliments on my nails. The salon is clean with a modern vibe. Tracey, Meghan, and Hannah do great work for manicures and pedicures with each of them having their own unique talent.
