Meegan Collision is fantastic. Bob, in particular, is a great human being. We've had to use their services a few times over the years and they are always concerned, caring, and honest. They do fantastic work, too.

Family has gone to them for years for vehicles. I recently just purchased a new to me F-150 and figured I would take it to them to have it checked out. Everyone was nice and friendly and answered any questions I had. I will be sure to stop back for any needs in the future, thanks again!

Make sure you get any verbal promises in writing from the salesman Larry.Meegan Ford wants to screw me on a $60,000 dump truck purchase because their mechanic is not knowledgeable enough.

My sons car was totaled. The insurance company towed it here for the estimate. The car is a total loss, but the very nice body man went above and beyond to get my sons very expensive stereo equipment out of the trunk. This required him to take his own time and put it on the frame machine to pull the body open enough to get the contents out. There are truly nice people in this world, and he is definitely one! I wish I had gotten him name. I guarantee that if I ever need body work done again, this will be my first choice!

IF NO stars could be given it would be so! 2020 f150 taken to service in June 2022 for AC drain leaking into cab of truck, DEALER attempted to "dry out the carpeting with a HEATGUN?!?! melted glovebox, carpeting and caused smoke damage to the truck. fast forward 102 days later truck returned to me. I had to QC the work performed on my truck multiple times trim was damaged, paint damaged, headlight damaged. While the dealership admits to all the above, now its impossible to schedule service for an oil consumption test they started? Management has decided to "fire you as a customer" because I was instructed by Meegan's service manager to get estimates on the paint correction. Now Meegan is not owning up what they asked me to do.

Took my car in for yearly state inspection, as I have done for the last several years. They failed my inspection, claiming that my rear bushings were gone and that the whole mechanism in the rear suspension would need to be replaced for a light $2,000. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic himself, took it to get a second opinion. Passed inspection with flying colors. Absolutely NOTHING wrong with what Meegan claimed there to be, as there shouldn't be. I maintain my vehicles very well. Shame on you, Meegan Ford. I feel as if I was profiled as a d*** girl who wouldn't know any better, trying to make a dollar off of me. Picked on the wrong one! I will never be returning back and will let as many know as I can that you run a crooked business!
