Went into CVS, asked a clerk on the floor, if they had a drop-off point for UPS because I wasn't sure if they did? The clerk looked @ me like I was stupid??? He said, yes. Then went back to putting pop on the shelf. He had to see that I had a box in my hand & ya thought he would direct me where the drop off point is, but no he turned & kept working the pop. Just rude ignorant people working retail. So, of course I had to ask him is it up front? Or in the back where the pharmacy is??? Bad customer service & I don't think I'll be stopping back to shop their either!!!

Staff is incredibly rude and the pharmacy never has medications on time. My fiancé and I had just come from the hospital to get his medicine and the older woman behind the register told him to leave so he doesn’t get anyone else sick. Clearly they care a lot about their customers…

Completely unprofessional and rude. My father was released out of presby after being in the hospital for 50 days and we had a script called there from the doctors. The lady was making rude comments because he has never been there before then when asked about insurance we gave her the numbers that were wrote down from the hospital that we were told to use in which she walked away saying “well this isn’t going to work” without even actually reading it .. came back to the window said that’s not gonna work and then we explained to her we just filled multiple prescriptions with that info at presby pharmacy so she walked away again came back with a bigger attitude said that we had to have pre authorization from the doctor. We were confused as to what she meant because we do not work at a pharmacy and she had the script from the doctor and she started to scream at us and said the doctor has to authorize with the insurance.. we said if this is an insurance issue to just let us pay out of pocket for them since he needed them and she screamed at us some more and said “that’s against the law” after calling a much nicer pharmacy .. I was explained that they very much could have helped us and let us pay out of pocket for them. Instead they screamed at us and said they were gonna send them to rite aid. One of THE WORST customer care I’ve ever received, anywhere I’ve ever been. NEVER AGAIN!

Apparently you have to go in multiple times for them to fill a prescription and the day they say it will be ready, you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for it be ready. Wish I could post a negative rating.
