“It's the exact same Sheetz as the one in Bullskin, in Scottdale, in New Stanton, in all of Ohio...you get it, it's a Sheetz. The walls may look different and believe it or not, there's different employees than the other Sheetz locations, but they all sell the weird donuts, they all sell the same drinks, and they all have electricity.It's really hard to write a review about a cookie-cutter businesses, so I'm just making typing enough words to get those sweet, sweet, Google points.”

“This place is a wonderful place to stop to get stuff! The employees are all nice, especially that fiery red head in there. The place always looks clean and I bet that hot red head did it! She’s the most amazing employee there!”
“I have been going to this store off and on for around 40 plus years. I even worked there for a time. The prices are a little higher than the average store, but you are paying for the convenience of having access 24/7 365 so it helps pay the wages of those employees to keep the place open and utilities operational. I think for the most part I appreciate how respectful all of the employees are at the store. They always ask me how I'm doing and if they see I need any help they are willing to help me. I am glad to see the store has better security now as well. Overall, I don't think you'll ever really be disappointed with 7-11. They do not have a restroom for public use though so please don't ask. The place is kept clean inside and out of the store. The employees act in a professional and courteous manner. Don't forget to download the 7-11 app for free. Every time you spend money have them scan your code so you can earn things. If I can think of anything else I will edit this later, but for now I'm not sure what more to say except that I like the slurpees. lol....”
“Customer Service is based on the interaction with the employees and customers. While 99% of these hard working people will be more than happy to help, they always made me feel better by simply saying “oh no apologies! This is what my job is for!” Now as for some upper management it’s completely opposite. They feel as if you could have asked for anyone besides them, and they always seem passive aggressive or plain out rude! Not ALL, just that 1% that ruins it for all other employees and gives your company a bad reputation, meaning less return customers!”

“All the other gas stations getting 4 stars from people and this is 3.something.... not sure why. Its a gas station and convenience store that does a great job and has a fantastic location with nobody clogging up the place with their dirty fingers on food ordering screens. There is a little Ceasars and indoor seating. Store is clean, well lit and i never had to wait inside.”

“I always get a good car wash here, there was always an attendant there to help people who can't stop running over the cones or who can't guide their car into the correct alignment for the car wash. It is actually funny watching other people try to navigate into this car wash and scary at the same time seeing how other people really don't know how to drive . I actually bought the unlimited showroom car wash and am very happy with my purchase.”
