“I got a great car at a great price! I worked with Chad and he was awesome! Very nice, honest, professional and personable man and the first car salesman who didn’t try to sell me a on the car/push a sale. Even stayed later since i came from over an hour away to take a look at the car. He let me take a look and a test drive. He worked with me on the price and gave me a great warranty and said to let him know if i had any issues in the next year as they only sell quality cars! overall a great and smooth experience! Will for sure be going back when i need another vehicle! Thank you so much! I love my 2021 Subaru Forester! it’s just what i was looking for God Bless ??”
“This was a last minute rental and the staff at Avis was courteous providing answers and solutions from the beginning to the completion of our transaction. The Representative at the pick up location made everything easy. He was also knowledgeable and informative. I felt so good about my purchase I was able to use the drop off service without fear of incident, something I've never done when renting cars from other dealers. There are usually questions and loose ends to tie up but with Avis every detailed was addressed upfront giving me confidence in the service provided. “Justin was very nice and professional, explaining everything. Overall, we had a really good experience. The only thing was that we reserved a midsize car (hubs is 6'6"). We got a Hyundai Venue (like a Kia Soul). Definitely not comfortable even for me at 5'0". There weren't even armrests other than the doors. I would have like to have some choice or at least have been asked. We made our trip with no issues, which is what mattered most. Thank you!”
“I had picked up a rental from Budget at the Pittsburgh but the seats were very uncomfortable for my back. I stopped by the Latrobe airport location and they were super nice and were able swap it for another model that was much more comfortable. Thanks!”
