Needed help with wood and when we asked if they load it for us we were told “You can get it yourself I don’t care” So we loaded pre cut wood and plywood alone without help. Then we needed a toilet and we were trying to find the one that was on sale on the website. She led us to the toilet and pointed at a stack of boxes and said “That one”. When we went to the register we were met with a stand offish cashier and the toilet was the elongated version and was not told there was a difference with the toilets in the same boxes. She returned to the front and said she would take it off and add the correct one. The incorrect one was never taken off and the correct one was added to the receipt. Luckily, we checked the receipt to see that it was incorrect and the issue was resolved. The only thing she said was “Oh I took it off”. But she did not. The she in question is the sales manager Mariah who was talking to a friend the whole time we were at the store.

We go here because it's closer than going to GBG, they NEVER have what we are looking for..NEVER. yesterday was a fluorescent bulb, Off to LOWES. You would think since they expanded the store they have little bit of everything.

They have alot more than i imagined and much bigger than i thought. The things they carry is actually remarkable for hand tools and gardening when i was looking for mini utility blades they were the only place in town. Super nich stuff but i have yet to need a ton from there. They have people willing to help and lots of plants available outside this time of year.

They have alot more than i imagined and much bigger than i thought. The things they carry is actually remarkable for hand tools and gardening when i was looking for mini utility blades they were the only place in town. Super nich stuff but i have yet to need a ton from there. They have people willing to help and lots of plants available outside this time of year.
