Peg is very knowledgeable about nutrition and many other things! She has really helped me figure out how to eat more healthily without giving up foods that I like. I Highly recommend her!

Peg provides me a challenging total body workout three days a week and cycling sessions two other days. For a person who never enjoyed working out, I begin my days with Peg . Peg provides me the challenge and knowledge which motivates me to be the best I can be at the age of 48.
