Made an appointment online but the time was not available. I’ve used online booking before so I understand the confusion that can happen. Bob was wonderful though. So kind and he explained the situation and still got me in that day. Understandable that this may not be the case always but I most of all appreciated how kind and helpful he was.

We have taken our vehicles here for years. They always take good care of us. Reasonable turn around times. The prices are ok for skilled labor. We never felt taken advantage of.

Took car there for an inspection. Mechanic claimed I needed $1500+ worth of repairs to meet inspection, including replacing the entire rear exhaust from the Cat on back. I deferred work and took the car to a mechanic I’ve known for years who did inspection and passed - no need for any of the replacement of Cat on back with the exhaust- it was literally not damaged at all according to the other mechanic. So Monro flat out lied and made up an issue and tried charging $1500+ for it. Avoid these grifters at all costs

Standard issues are dealt with promptly and done well. More complicated problems are dealt with patiently without running up the bill!

The manager at the Cochran rd location in Pittsburgh is always very helpful, honest and straightforward. He doesn't oversell me and has always gotten our cars back at the initial time stated, if not earlier. It has made me very comfortable with the shop and I will bring all my cars there for any work needed.

Had a great experience working with Bob. I appreciate the time and effort he put into my vehicle. He included me in the schedule the same day even when I didn't show up in the system. I felt the pricing was fair and was happy with the end result. Thanks Bob!

Maybe they do great work, but I'll never know.Do not bother with their online scheduling, it doesn't work. I booked my appointment and took off work to meet it, and when I showed up their system had moved me to a day I won't be in town.

The personnel at this branch are very responsive and dependable and they do quality work. Just got some new tires from them and I'm very pleased. I go to them every year for State Inspections and whenever I need an oil change.

I called in because my car's check engine light came on and my car was making a bad noise. I must have called 5-6 other places, which were completely booked and couldn't help me. I called in and even though things were very busy at the shop, they agreed to have me in for a diagnostic in under three hours. They took a look at my car, resolved the emergent issue (replenished my oil because it appeared my car was burning up oil), and gave me advice on what to do next. They didn't even charge me. Really grateful for the quick service and kindness.

I brought my car in with a flat tire, not knowing how long it might take or even the cost.The gentleman working were both very kind and managed to squeeze me in and got my new tires put on in around an hour at a reasonable price and even told me to come back in a few months for the other two and they would honor the same price. After such a stressful experience of getting the car there, their professionalism and transparency were most appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for any auto needs I have!
