I recently had an appointment for chills. Very good care, NP was very professional and kind. Thorough exam and results within minute, and picked up antibiotics quickly. I'd definitely go back instead of med express or urgent care. Appointments necessary.

I have been going to the CVS location for years. The pharmacists have always been helpful and once the pharmacists even stayed late to fill a prescription. I can't imagine how people of had a bad experience here as the pharmacists and techs have always been very professional.

Not that visiting a pharmacy is really a favorite chore for me, but this location does well enough, and seems to have some very negative reviews that are contrary to my experience. The drive through here is usually quick, and the staff are generally really helpful. Inside has most stuff you need, and there isn't all kinds of crap in here (Looking at you, Walgreens, and also Lebanon Shops pharmacy). If I need to go the the pharmacy, this is where I'll go - definitely a no BS experience. Well, apart from the yard-long receipts, that is.

Incompetent and unfriendly, they couldn't handle filling very basic prescriptions. Insisted they did receive them when they were called in and they weren't very nice about it when they realized we were right and they had missed Requests from the doctor. Absolutely would not recommend this location, it's not worth the hassle

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We made an appt to get a sports physical. We waited in car per their e mail and she our appt time cane and went I finally went inside. Colleen at front counter was like sorry but Covid. Colleen said I had to register at computer. I went to register and it said our tune had expired. Um yeah because we were told to wait in our car for a phone call that never came. So then the computer did we had to sit and wait 1.5 hours. I said but we had an appt and were here! Colleen did we would have to wait. Well we waited 30 min post our appt time. 2 doctors came out of the office. I said our appt was 30 min ago and they were like oh because if Covid blah blah. There were no other patients around. The two doctors just wanted to sit in the office and chit chat while we were forced to wait well past our appt. One doctor, Kimberley Joseph, was rude and had zero concern that basically half an hour of our day was wasted because she wanted to hang out. Her tone of voice was very rude and I told her I don't like the way you are taking to me and I walked out. If you value your time do not come here. Even if yuh have an appt they will not honor it anywhere close.

I went to this CVS on June 24th for a COVID-19 test, and I'm really wishing I had gone to a completely different test provider. CVS's "Minute Clinic" COVID-19 testing website says that test results are delivered in 2 - 4 days. Seven days later, I'm still waiting for my test results, with no way to check status or even confirm that the test kit actually went to the lab (which is a concern, because we know people whose tests went astray). I gather now that CVS uses Quest Diagnostics for test processing, but apparently, in the age of computers, bar code scanners and the Internet, CVS has no on-line tracking tool, no updates, no patient-facing integration with the lab, no ownership of delays, and no contact information for anyone at CVS or Quest. After calling the pharmacy here at the end of day four, their staff told me that it is actually more like 4 - 6 days, and that they have no means of checking with Quest or even a contact number for me to check with Quest. They recommended that I continue to wait patiently, and that if I want to ask Quest for a status update, I can look up Quest's contact info on its website. With that advice, yesterday (day six), I looked for contact information at Quest's website (none), and this morning, I set up an account with Quest in the faint hope that Quest will update me on status. No luck on that as yet. Today, I called CVS's patient contact number (not easy to find) and persevered through a two-person, hour-long "please hold due to heavy call volume" saga that culminated in the second person telling me that it's really more like SEVEN BUSINESS days. (Query, six months into a global pandemic that has killed over 130,000 Americans, the country's largest test providers are not working 24x7 on that? Really?) She also said that now, at day seven, she would send a message to Quest asking them to prioritize my test. This person, for her part, while polite, was not easy to find, which suggests that CVS has no personnel allocated to following up on delayed test results. That being said, I would bet dollars to donuts that CVS has billed my insurance, because that they seem to know how to do. Which means that if I go elsewhere for another test, my insurance probably won't cover it. Meanwhile, CVS's website still says "COVID-19 lab testing returns results within 2-4 days," and I still don't have my test results at c.o.b. on day seven. I think I have been polite and patient because I understand the problem of high volume, but CVS's service claims are nonsense, their process is weak, and their customer service ethic is undetectable. The fact that I can find nowhere at CVS to express these concerns is itself a pretty strong indication of their lack of interest in improving their performance. This is not encouraging as we continue through this crisis.

I would give less than one star if I could. I'm 9 months pregnant and was just told I couldn't use a restroom which was clearly an emergency because I'm not a minute clinic patient. Terrible customer service and zero compassion.

I've been coming to this location for 11 years -all of our prescriptions are exclusive to this location. The pharmacists are fabulous and the store has every last thing that you could possibly need. The cashiers are really kind and friendly and the Minute Clinic is superb. They recently remodeled the store too and it looks great -easy to find things and is very pleasant to shop in. As far as any bad reviews for the pharmacy, I cannot understand that at all -we are at this location several times a month for prescriptions and they are very kind and helpful. I get text alerts when things are ready and the pharmacist himself just called me personally to check on a medicine that I forgot to pick up. Great job all around! Truly my favorite place to shop -incredible deals on things and I love the coupons too!

Not a very friendly pharmacy, one of them is just downright rude. Not a very well organized and clean store. I lived in this location for over a decade. Not sure if they ever fixed the nightmare of a parking lot or not. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
