I was welcomed and taken care of. The last visit stands out as I wasn't able to locate my script for my bloodwork. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, they patiently waited while I got my doctors office on the phone and took the order verbally. I was so happy that I didn't have to go back and they could take care of everything I needed. Would highly recommend this location (Campbell's Run Road).”

“Ms. Laverne is a treasure—she’s incredibly skillful, patient and kind. My baby has needed monthly blood draws and Ms. Laverne has been the only phlebotomist to be able to draw blood from my baby’s tiny veins. It’s worth the drive and parking fee.”

“Reserving online is easy and excellent -- I showed up, checked in, and got called next when there was a full waiting room. My phlebotomist did a quick and skilled job of finding the right vein and collecting samples. I *hate* getting blood drawn, and this was actually a very pleasant experience.”

“My interactions with this Labcorp branch were all with Missy.She was very helpful on the phone before my arrival and her over 30 years as a phlebotomist made my extensive blood work seem like a quick draw. Her personality is engaging and she is a hard worker, fitting me in on a Saturday so I could get the blood draw out of the way and not worry about it all weekend. I will definitely be back to see her for any blood draws in the future.”

“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”
“No idea why this location gets so many negative reviews. I have been here about 8 times and have never had an issue. The staff are extremely friendly and am usually in and out quickly. The online scheduling is also very straightforward.”

It’s easy to find the location, right at the first floor of upmc building. You gonna hear advertisements constantly, loud and very annoying. I hope they turn off that TV!!!”

“I have been coming to the Mt. Lebanon location for quite some time. My most recent visit was so great. I typically pass out when I get bloodwork done and am always nervous for my appointment. The phlebotomist, Darlene, was so incredibly kind and patient. She made sure I was laying down, talked me through everything, and checked that I felt okay before leaving. It was not rushed and I didn’t feel like a burden at all. Excellent experience!!”
