I went in for pre-op. I can't think of the last time I had a more pleasant experience, the whole team was so friendly and caring and made me feel like more than a patient. I appreciate the willingness to make sure all my questions were answered. I would not recommend going anywhere else because you will not get the same care as you would with Medi-Help.

Good in that you can get in right away, but the front staff, especially the main one in charge, is really rude and unhelpful. Rude not just to me but everyone that walked in the door or she dealt with on the phone.

I have been a patient of Dr J and now Dr Bora for 30 plus years. Dr J has taken wonderful care of me through the years and now Dr Bora is doing the same. The entire office staff have always been compassionate, caring and highly skilled. Thank you all!

Sign on door says no entry without covid test. Call the number and no one answers, voice box full. Number is only one this place has. So I went in but was chased out and told to call. They wouldn't let me explain it didn't work...

I've been going here for many years now and they are all wonderful. Kind, caring and compassionate service is what you will receive during every visit. Dr. Bora is a mensch!!!

Love Dr Bora and his staff. They truly are friendly and helpful. They are all about the customers and care for us. Great to see a former student working as a nurse there who I always knew she had that type of potential. Appreciate everything.

Nenad and his son Bora Janicijevic are two very knowledgeable physicians and are very attentive to one's medical needs. This isn't just a general practice office. It's well beyond that. They do on-site blood work and testing, EKG's, allergy testing, etc. They even did an ingrown toenail procedure on me a few weeks ago. I've been going here now for almost 2 decades. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a new PCP, or you're just in need of a minor medical provedure.

Even not worth for 0. Office so rude, i am bilingual, it makes me proud, i was not born in US , i came here, have learned english, yes of course i have accent not good in English, but the girl in front desk just ignored me, saying she cannot understand me. I have my wife’s ultrasound done almost 2 weeks. Bad staff!!! Doctors are somewhat!

I couldn’t be happier than to have fallen into the care of Dr. Bora Janicijevic. I’ve been going there for yrs. I’ve even moved an hr away and still will only go to him for any medical care I need. Dr. Bora is a very , friendly and welcoming Dr. . He listens to you and is so thorough. Explains everything and answers all questions. I always feel I’m in the best hands and care. The staff is great , too.That means a lot. His Dad also also works there . Just a great Team! Thank you for all the care you’ve given me over the yrs!

I had left a negative review about the office staff at MediHelp a few months ago. the staff is rude, uncaring, and will hang up on you if they don't feel what you need is important. Pretty unprofessional for office staff in a medical facility. I did mention the doctors were generally ok.Today I went back in to get a medication refill. Dr. Bora came out and asked me what I was doing there? He said I left a bad review and asked if I came to apologize. ummmm no. Why would I apologize for a factual review? Why aren't you coming out to apologize to me for having such a bad experience it prompted me to write a review? Nah narcissists think everyone is wrong except them! I've never actually experienced this type of treatment in my life. Are you actually kidding me? Read all of your reviews Bora. 75 percent is about how rude your staff is. I guess I now see where they get their nonexistent professionalism. Maybe take reviews as insight on how people are experiencing your business. And maybe look at fixing the shortcoming people are experience at your practice. I'm not the only one who thinks you all act like high school children.

Comfortable environment the process is quick and easy. The doctors pay attention and help you and take care of all your needs! Highly recommend. They do my physicals and they offer so much here.

Called for appointment after finally being on hold for 9 minutes, receptionist answered and said that Doctor J wasn’t seeing patients until Friday it was Monday and I was feeling terrible with different symptoms. The receptionist said I could walk in but they were booked until 4. Although they might be able to squeeze me in if there was a free time but no guarantees. The person on the phone was very cold, non- empathetic and sounded like she really did notCare. Made me feel like I was taking up her time and she offered no really assistance. I wouldn’t want to talk with her again. The doctors should know how she represents them. I was a patient, of Doctor J.But it really didn’t matter, very disappointed.B. D. McDermott
