My fiancé and I recently bought his wedding tux from this store. We had the most wonderful experience. The staff were dedicated to making sure everything was perfect during the customization process. The tux arrived and it fits like a glove. I was blown away by the time and care given to us. A big thank you to Ron for all his help.

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst. Nothing at all was right with our order for our wedding. Not a single person has a clue what is going on. When problems arise, they take no accountability. They also do not take suggestions on how easily problems could be fixed.

It was the WORST experience! The staff was terrible and messed up my husbands wedding tux multiple times. They offered a full refund but never provided it. We followed up and went back to the store for the refund. They gave more excuses. They also were bad mouthing their owner coworkers in-front of us as to why there was issues with the tux. The tux was never fixed and on our wedding day it still didn’t fit.
We will never go back here again.

Typical nothing fits me but they had something I could get altered. Staff most helpful. Had a problem with online purchase, Christine and Nyesha 5 stars.

Walked in and saw 0 customers in the store. 4 employees all stood at the counter without even acknowledging me. Left the store and bought a suit at macys down the road. What a joke of customer service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! When we first walked in there was a younger employee messing with a mannequin. He looked straight at us and then kept working on the mannequin. Never greeted or asked if we needed help. We looked around but needed help. I walked towards the back of the store and asked a lady (manager?) for help. She angrily said she was busy with another customer in the back and I would need to wait. When she saw the employee working on the mannequin she yelled across the store for him to help us. He came over, pointed to some sport coats and left us on our own. At his point we had enough and left. Please DO NOT shop here. Extremely rude employees. If you look at my other reviews, you will see that I rarely leave bad ones. This place is the worst.

Ron and Charmagne were both absolutely fantastic while assisting me with the setup of my wedding party and getting me fitted into a suit. I had gotten measurements previously and was unsure but Ron was instantly able to identify and correct the issue at the same time while jumping into help other customers when I was fitting.I would highly recommend anyone in the Pittsburgh area if you are looking for suits/tux rental for a wedding party to use this Jos A. Bank location the staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Ron and Charmagne thank you!

Great store with best fitting suits. Went into the store with two suits purchased on their website. After looking around for a bit, Alex approached me and was extremely prompt, quick, and efficient with his assistance. I needed the two suits tailored. You could tell he knew what he was doing and enjoyed working at Jos A Banks. Was very happy with the whole experience. I will now be buying all my suits and dress clothes from here awesome store for a young modern male dress.
