“My husband and I visit indigo owl at least three times a month. The customer service is excellent! There’s always great conversations to have with the owners/employees. The products are high-quality, and the energy of the store itself is so inviting. Definitely recommend the store to friends, family, and anyone in the area!”
“I absolutely adore this shop. They always have the best knickknacks and souvenirs. I like to look at the cook books that they have. I have been shopping here for about 4 years now and their staff is always very nice.”
“I love this shop! My husband is from Pittsburgh and loves anything from/to do with the city. It's awesome to be able to support local artists even though we don't live locally and I always find great gifts that make him smile. The selection is great and the shipping is always so quick and well-packaged. Definitely recommend for any of your Pittsburgh needs! The convo hearts pictured are going to be a big hit for Valentine's Day and are just the latest of my purchases from here.”
“This is my daughter’s favorite place to come to when she visits from out of state. The atmosphere of the entire street is great with restaurants, stores and shopping”
“A beautifully morbid collection of items. There's high priced items for collectors, smaller items for gifts or souvenirs, and an interesting display of things not for sale. As an out of state visitor, it was worth the time to visit. I hope to come back one day!”
“I collaborated with Monica and Kelly to curate a customized corporate gift package for 450 guests. Their exceptional service spanned budget-friendly recommendations, gift bag creation, and prompt delivery. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services.”
“I stopped in this shop on my recent visit to Pittsburgh as it is one of the few places where you can find traditional photo postcards. I wish there had been a few more scenes of Pittsburgh landmarks but I was happy to find any postcards. Nice shop and pleasant staff.”
“Stopped in this charming shop while visiting family. Didn't realize that I left my bank envelope on the counter until two days later, after traveling 500+ miles home! These two wonderful, caring and very honest men found the envelope and were ready to do whatever it took to get the money back to me. Thank you for filling your store with such fun items, for sharing your adorable dogs, and for reminding me that people of such character still exist! I shall be back to thank you in person during my next visit to Carnegie. Debra”
“I accidentally stumbled across this hidden gem and i’m so happy I did. They have beautiful jewelry and amazing pieces for your home. I 100% will be coming back.”

5406 Walnut St, Pittsburgh“This store is full of very helpful and conversational employees that personalize your shopping experience. The store itself is also a quaint little shop! However, the lingerie available had a more mature and simple look. Not many bright colors or modern styles were available, and cheaper options were few and far between. If you are looking for a modest or classic lingerie style, this is the place for you! They had a fair amount of options upstairs.”
“Great store, so many unique items at amazing prices. Worth a ride to go check it out. Has the most beautiful Irish knit weathers. Loved the free cup of Irish tea. Thank you !!”
10AM - 8PM
300 S Hills Village Suite 2050A, Pittsburgh“I visit this place every time I go to South Hills village mall and always leave happy even if I don't buy anything. The atmosphere is just a good feeling. The candles smell great and easily fill up a room within minutes of being lit. 10/10 store will always visit.”
“I feel like I am coming home when I enter this store. Kelly is amazing. I took an intuitive art class with her and absolutely loved it. This is a wonderful space.”
“This shop is amazing! I finally stopped in today for the first time. It a little, hidden gem, tucked away on a side street with unique gifts, a few that are made by local artisians. The neatest items were the ones that had "Crafton" and "15205" (our zip) marked on them. Jennifer is the owner and has a flair for design that also adds to it's charm. She sells Curated Gifts, Cards & Home Accessories and it's all so beautiful. The address is 24 East Crafton Ave., Pgh., PA 15205 and the number is 412./458-0926.”

1400 Locust St, Pittsburgh“Great The Seven Sisters gift shop right at the entrance inside Mercy Hospital, who knew!! Discovered local Pittsburgh artisan wares, really impressive. Park in Mercy garage right across the street, free parking for 30 mins. Looks like The Seven Sisters gift shop is getting back to their local grass roots! Great to see Pittsburgh and UPMC!”
“I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This store is such a wonderful place to purchase small, large, or even just a fun gift for any occasion!! Kenny, the owner, is so helpful! Also, gifts are beautifully wrapped!”
“Courtney the store manager is amazing! She helped my boyfriend and I on an order from another store that was running late. I will spare the details, but I really appreciated her level of customer service. Also, it is difficult to find Sanrio and anime items that are legit rather than knock offs at lesser quality. Boxlunch always has high quality items that are really adorable. Highly recommend!”
“Noah was such a kind and helpful staff member. I appreciated his great customer service and knowledge. It's hard to find great staff and I hope Noah is recognized as a great employee. Special thanks to Noah and Travis”

“I always feel good when I shop here, due to their reputation and business practices. The items are beautiful in addition. This time, we were looking for Christmas ornaments as gifts for a group. We found 26 in a variety of styles and prices and ended up choosing colorful animals, stars, and angels out of paper. The friendly staff person individually wrapped them for safe travel! Street parking.”
