I love everything about Footloose. Very good quality and stylish shoes mostly from Spain, Portugal and Italy. The clothing is unique and also beautiful quality. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. It is my go to.

The salespeople have always been very helpful and friendly. Never hovering or pushy. The merchandise that I have purchased has been very good quality and priced accordingly. Curated boutiques like Footloose at the Galleria are becoming harder and harder to find. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Cute stuff, but the service is the worst. Snooty salespeople. Won't even acknowledge that you entered the store. They just throw you some unfriendly looks while you're browsing. There are many other nice places to spend your money.

The place deserves a round of a-paws. I could stay in this store fur-ever. Best re-tail store around (okay sorry I’m done with all these rly ruff dog puns) really good sales at this location. Really cute clothes and the staff is always so helpful and nice! Love the location and how open the space feels! Def will be back especially in hopes of seeing this pup again <3

Awful and won't return. Redhead and dark hair girl just chomping at the bit to leave. Arrived at 6:47pm not realizing they closed at 7pm. Now I do not expect them to stay open for me however I do still expect to be greeted and maybe even informed that they close soon. Instead icey stares which caused me to ask when they closed. For shame! How about a, "we are so sorry we close at seven tonight, but we open again Friday at yada, yada, yada, and we'd love to see you back then"?!?! Nope. Not a chance. I walked out and my husband and I watched them run out of the store at 6:55pm. Maybe it sounds like no big deal but someone should inform them how much it costs to get a new customer into your store (vs keeping existing customers). My MBA with a a thesis on customer retention says these two from a particular generation just cost you a fast spending gen-Xer. Bye, Footloose. Improce your staff and keep an eye on thse two for certain. Use to shop your Shadyside location and am struck by the contrast in help and service.

I've been going to Footloose for years & have always loved the selection of Footwear and Apparel. The past two times I went into the store, at least two employees were at the check-out counter yet no one greeted me, offered to help me find a size, or asked if they could open a fitting room.I've had better customer service at the DMV & will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have shopped at Footloose since located in Galleria..I earned a reward points credit and tried to use it recently, I was told reward had expired during covid lockdown..Told associate that..Her reply ..we were open....Bye Bye Footloose.....

Terrible staff. Service us awful. I was there for work and stopped in to buy a gift. No one acknowledged me. With the world of Amazon, u don't know how a store can be like this.

I've been shopping at Footloose for years. It's my go to for a little higher-end luxury. I have lost count of the pairs of shoes I have bought here ?. They also have a rewards program so I feel like I'm always saving money! Nice to support local shops too. Staff is super helpful!

After working for Michael and Ayellette for a brief period and enjoying shopping there from time to time, I stopped in Saturday night to see if they had anything I HAD to have. There were several things I would have purchased, but gee, I guess my LV bag or my $10,000 worth of Yurman wasn't enough to gain the acknowledgement of any of the staff. I was hoping to find the couple pair of boots I saw and the sweaters I liked on their website (non existent ~ poor business not to have a website!), but instead came across more reviews like the one I'm writing. None of their staff acknowledge you, too busy talking to each other, etc. I'm sure Michael and Ayellette would NEVER do that. Total shi* show over there. I did get a few looks ~ like I was going to steal something, not that they wanted to help. But after having the 2 pair of boots on the floor to see if I liked their look, I STILL received no inquiry as to if I'd like to try them on. Worthless employee's .... I just don't get it. When we have so many other ways to buy things, customer service should be NUMBER ONE when actually shopping a store. Esp. a SPECIALTY store. UGH.
