Staff followed me around as I was "browsing." Their obvious staring made me feel UNCOMFORTABLE as the 2 employees were trailing just me, NOT the other customers.

Visited the Location at The Galleria in Mt. Lebanon, PA. I won’t go back. Staff is very snooty. I was greeted when I walked in but I’m thinking it was only because the employee was walking past me. I had driven 45 mins to this location because they had the item I needed. There were 3 people working and two other people shopping. The employees were at the counter talking about a product and the extra discount that the one employee would receive. Not once did anyone ask me if they could help me. When I went to check out I was asked if I had a return. I wasn’t carrying anything other than my purse and the item I was purchasing. She never even looked at me. Before she even had a bag out to put my purchase in, she was telling me that I was “all set” as if she couldn’t wait for me to leave. I certainly won’t be shopping at this location in the future. I’ll drive to The Ross Park location where the employees are friendly and helpful.

Changes at this mall haven't been so good. This whole place is annoyingly noisy now with the open nuisance bar upstairs and smells like greasy frfried food. Its not kept clean as it once was and is showing wear. The cleaning staff are rude and intrusive. Strange mix of businesses now. Poor escalators and one small slow elevator. Driveways seem to always be partially blocked by dumpsters or illegally stopped vehicles. Not the pleasant stop it once was. This is too bad because with better planning this place could be very nice.
