Bought a used 2021 Mustang Mach E and loved working with Patti Hershey who was prompt, professional, and extremely responsive. The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that the owner never took a penny off of the price and I found comparable vehicles with less miles that were priced lower. Happy with the purchase and liking the car.

Was in a vehicle accident, and as soon as we got home I reached out to the auto group that I purchased my vehicle with and they recommended Wissler! Since this happened outside of Business hours, I had to wait until Monday to reach out to Wissler Auto Body. Spoke with Ted numerous times and each time he had nothing but positivity, even given the situation! Ted was able to have an estimate for me the following business day and explained to me that he would expect a 4 week turn around time for me to get my vehicle back. I dropped my damaged car off 04/15/2024 after business hours, estimate was finished 04/16/2024, and vehicle was fixed/completed on 04/26/2024!!! Wissler only had my car 10 days! They also made it convenient that I was able to leave my rental car there and then Enterprise could come get it there! I can't thank Wissler enough for making my first accident damage repair less stressful!

Beware , they will completely blindside you with over exaggerated service times and a bill that is double or more than what was estimated. When asked to explain why they fumble over an explanation. I got charged over $800 in labor for front/rear differential fluid change, transfer case fluid change, an inspection
and new spark plugs. Not to mention they had my Jeep for 9 hours. They will do everything they can to extend service time and squeeze money out of you. My biggest complaint is that these prices were not discussed beforehand and greatly exceeds estimate stated on bill. To be blindsided like that is completely unacceptable.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had from a dealer. I knew which car I wanted already, it was listed on a cars website. I sent an inquiry for a quote, and received clear quote for out the door price that evening. I arranged the deal with a quick phone call and when I arrived to buy the vehicle it took about half an hour to complete because all the paperwork was done ahead of time. Really great experience unlike typical dealers. Thank you!

I recently bought a 2019 Honda CR-V and Patti was my sales associate. She was incredibly patient and showed me many options for vehicles once she knew what I was looking for. When I knew the CR-V was the one I wanted she was great at helping me figure out insurance, loans, etc. as this was my first car purchase from a dealer. I highly recommend Wissler Motors to anyone looking for a used vehicle, especially first-time car buyers!
