I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Whitmoyer Ford. I worked closely with Zach Myers to make this purchase. Zach did an excellent job at getting the vehicle ready for me. The vehicle looks practically brand new inside and out. His communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal and his preparedness on signing day was great. I was in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time. Thank you Whitmoyer Ford! The whole experience was the best I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Hats off to Zach!

We bought several vehicles in the last five years. Salesman Lance was wonderful but we were offered such a low trade value on a truck that we bought there. In fact the trade value that Whitmoyer offered was so ridiculously low...thousands of dollars low..we sold our trade elsewhere. Lowballling a loyal customer is never the right thing to do...needless to say they lost a good customer forever!

Impossible to reach them by phone. They did inspect my car, but didn't do the recall on the door hinges. Parts hadn't come in yet I was told. I tried to schedule & oil change. It didn't happen. I am now going to a different Ford dealer. A most wonderful experience at the other Ford dealer.

This review is for the garage service. I made an appointment to have my truck looked at because the panic alarm has been going off by itself and my regular mechanic suggested having a dealership look into it since it is typically due to a faulty door latch/switch. It also had a shown a code which I told them about and wrote the code down for them. I also scheduled an oil change since it was due soon. It was supposed to be looked at on a Friday, I dropped it off the night before and the kid checking me in seemed more concerned about his conspiracy theories than my truck which should have been my first red flag. I never got a call from them on Friday. It sat all weekend on their lot and I called Monday morning. They claimed to have left me a voicemail. I went to pick up my truck and they claimed they ‘adjusted’ the latch instead of replacing it. When I tried to leave the truck was completely dead. The panic alarm went off over the weekend and drained the battery. No apologies or offer to reimburse me anything. I had to leave it again to be looked at the next day. I specifically requested a phone call the next morning and wanted them to replace the obviously faulty latch. I heard nothing from them and had to call them at 3 in the afternoon. They passed me around to 3 different people before saying that they charged the battery and I could pick it up. I asked about the door and they had no idea what I was talking about. They didn’t say anything about the code that I wrote down. Proving that they never even looked into it or plugged it in to a code reader. I’m honestly doubtful that they even changed the oil. So I went to pick up my truck a second time and asked the mechanic to go out with me in case it wouldn’t start again, also to show me what latch was ‘adjusted’. When he was showing me the latch, he said if the alarm keeps going off the latch would need replacing. I freaking couldn’t believe it. I said, “that’s the whole reason it was here in the first place!!! Why wasn’t it replaced to begin with!?!” He had no response or reason. So here I am a week later with the same problem and I’m taking it to a different dealer because I don’t trust these guys AT ALL. So frustrating, thanks for wasting my time and 200.00 not fixing anything. Don’t waste your time or money taking your truck here!

Updated review 5/4/24: Was a pleasant experience purchasing the Ford Maverick. Lance, the salesperson, was very kind and answered all the questions. Finance did not pressure on buying anything extra. I will probably get ceramic coating installed on a later date and appreciate the flexibility. Overall a good experience! Hope to enjoy the new Ford Maverick.

I had a great experience with the Whitmoyer Ford in Pennsylvania. I made this purchased from a different state over the phone. Nick was assigned to me as my rep. Everything over the phone went pretty fine and smoothly. Even when I arrived to the dealership Nick, and some of the other coworkers were pretty nice in helping me with my purchase. They were two small issues that Nick got resolved for me, one being my spare key and the second being my Floor mats for my vehicle, which did not come with the vehicle at the time of purchase. They gave me the go to purchase these items from my jeep dealership in Maryland, and they reimburse me for the Purchases.

Working with the service side of things has been a great experience. The receptionists are helpful as well as the tech team as they reached out and followed up with me on questions I had.
