I tried to purchase a vehicle from Whitmoyer Auto Group in Mt. Joy, PA. I am out of state in CT. I contacted them and while the salesperson was helpful at first, we couldn't agree on price. We continued to speak periodically about the vehicle but I had a firm number in mind and they refused to budge on price. Fast forward three weeks and I get a text from the salesperson saying they will do the deal at the price I offered them if I picked it up by Saturday. It was 6PM on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and I live over four hours away. I was also going to be away for the holiday weekend. I tried repeatedly to work something out and communicate with the salesperson Dan but he stopped answering me completely. I asked over 1/2 a dozen times if they would honor the price if I picked it up Tuesday when I returned. No response. I called both the sales manager and the GM and neither had the decency to return my call. I've been in the car business for over 35 years and never have I seen such antics. TERRIBLE customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

Today I called rheir service dept... I backed into a telephone pole which caused rear tail lamp asay to fall out. I called and was told to stop by. I met with William in service and within 10 minutes she was back together. At NO charge. Finally customer service Two thumbs up for Chevy

I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from the Whitmoyer Auto Group. I paid what I considered a fair price, and received a fair price for my trade-in. Nick N., the sales pro really sold the Wrangler by taking me on a custom test drive set to my specifications. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, no-pressure, and a very nice guy. Here's where the journey zigged left, zagged right, and then cruised straight home: After driving home, my copilot noticed a stone chip on the windshield. I figured it happened on the drive, as we heard a pebble or something hit the glass. I took the car to Safelite for repair, and they said a repair had already been attempted (apparently by the prior owner), and they couldn't re-repair it. Nick brought the issue to the Sales Manager's (Matt) attention. After seeing pictures, he had me bring the car in to have Whitmoyer's glass contractors (Big Crack Autoglass) take a look. They confirmed Safelite's diagnosis, and Matt had them replace the windshield. It's extremely refreshing to have a business do the right thing with no fuss. THAT's customer service, and why I recommend the Whitmoyer Auto Group. The Wrangler's a blast to drive, too!

This by far is the worst car dealership I have ever spoken to. I responded to a car on their website to get more information. I got an email from Dan, who told me there is no way to get a vehicle for that price, said he spoke to his manager there is NO way. I went to another dealership their vehicle is 260 less in price, final price. And they got the payment where I wanted it to be. So I called back, I preferred the color of the truck Whitmoyer had. Dan was out sick, so they gave me Nick, I waited an hour for a call back, called him back, he said give me a couple of minutes my manager is just finishing up with another customer. I called him back an hour later, he didn't accept my call, so they gave me Diana, she wanted me to explain the situation again to her, so I did. She said I need to talk to the manager, I said i have been waiting to speak to him or Nick. And Diana actually hung up on me while I was talking to her. I have never in my life been treated like this from a car dealership. The should be out of business, who are they to treat me like this. I would NEVER buy a car here. I would rather walk.

I haven't been to this dealership in a little over 10 years and today I was remembered why. The Ford side was terrible and lazy. Not going to go into details but let's just say, it is wasn't for two specific sales people, you also would have lost my money/business but most of all my respect. Now it's a slight favor in the other direction and truck cause of your lack or common sense, respect, custom service, lack of knowledge, don't care attitude and... I could go on but don't want to kick you while you are down.
