I just moved up to the State College area in search of a new AWD SUV. Thank you so much to Yuri and Kaela for taking the time to work out a deal with me remotely to get me into my brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox!! This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Highly recommend! No hidden fees and they do not try and upsell you anything.

I bought one other new Ford at this dealership so I knew what I should expect from them as far as service is concerned. This second sales experience was even better than the first. The salesman was down-to-earth and friendly and willing to work any hours that were requested from the prospect. I originally went into the dealership last Thursday afternoon and told him what I was looking for. He brought a car around for me to look at that he thought would meet all of my wants; and he was right. I went home to get my wife to show her the car and we both decided to buy it. The salesman had it fully serviced and inspected and it was ready for us to pickup at 11:00 the next morning.

I was ready for a new vehicle so I contacted Lance at Whitmoyer. We had previously purchased a car from him and were pleased with his help in selecting the right car for our family. Lance is very knowledgeable and found me the perfect one for my specific needs and preferences. Lance went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the new Equinox. He answered all of my questions and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I recently started using Whitmoyer Ford as my service provider of choice, and have been impressed every time! We have 2 Ford products and are extremely happy with our interactions with the staff. My service adviser, Ian Gates, is very friendly and professional, keeps me advised at each step along the way!

I scheduled an appt there to be told they can’t work on my car. I explained my issues on the phone. If my car was outside of their scope, don’t waste a customers time in the future. Huge disappointment and waste of time to be told a garage can’t work on your car.

Took my car in for a state inspection and oil change with the A/C working perfectly fine when I dropped off the car. When I picked it up the A/C no longer worked and they charged me full price (over $1300) after it took them days with my car to figure out the problem. Seems shady to me and they won't be getting anymore of my business...

Excellent initial experience with the service department and especially Bill and Nathan who jointly and individually ensured that the maintenance items for which I brought our Tahoe in were expertly executed.
Solid follow-up after some questions that I had resulting from the service. These were addressed immediately and exceeded expectations.
This is the high level of customer experience that I expect from a qualified Chevrolet dealer service facility.
Well handled overall and I look forward to making this dealer my new, regular facility for all of my Chevrolet service (and sales) needs.

Dropped off car Thursday morning at 7:30 was not made aware that they needed to order a part that would take a day to come in, when I tried to call Thursday evening I could not get ahold of anyone. I ended up going in Friday morning and the tech had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Turns out they did not order the part needed and did not complete the inspection. They ended up borrowing the part from someone else who wasn't coming in until the next week. The entire process was frustrating and I will not be going back. I would not Recommend using them for service to anyone. Because of that I would not recommend buying a car from here either
