Called looking for a part for my lawn mower. I did not know the right terms but the person in the other end of the line was patient and looked very nice their stock for me. He understood my position and lack of knowledge about lawnmower parts. He came back and said they did not have the part. He then looked up other shops in the area and gave me suggestions. He ended by saying “I hope you get the part you need.” Great customer service. If I need help again I will definitely go back to this store.

I was charged the wrong price. I also wanted to know how long a safe would be on sale. No one in the store could answer my question. I completed a survey and received a response from customer service on 6/27. She stated the store manager would call me within 48 hours. They did not. The safe is no longer on sale. I replied to the email from customer service, which was listed as an option on 7/1. I never received a reply as of 7/11. I’ll drive the 2x to 3x distance from my house to avoid this location.
Response: I already completed a survey, spoke to customer solutions twice and emailed them. I’m not wasting anymore of my time.

Second time now this place has had their inventory wrong and I show up to pick up my order and it's not here. Not to mention their system locked me out so we couldn't place an order and no discount for time wasted was offered. I'll be buying somewhere else.

I place an order for a lawn tractor battery online. Tractor supply website said that I could pick it up today at the store. Minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled. No information as to why. Thinking I may have done something wrong, I re-ordered it. Minutes later, same thing. A little communication goes a long way, just tell me why it was cancelled. I called the number contained in the email that said call this number with any questions. I was told that the item was out of stock. I asked why my order was taken if the item was out of stock and was told that inventory is the individual store's responsibility. As long as it says Tractor Supply on the store, Tractor Supply has responsibility regardless if they accept it or not. No other nearby Tractor Supply stores have that battery, but it is still on the website. Bought my battery at Paul B. Zimmerman, they want my business.

Can someone please tell me why tractor supply has absolutely no fuel pellets in stock? It is February, in Pennsylvania, and there are no fuel pellets in stock. Ridiculous!

I was looking for a particular item. One of the employees walked by and stopped to ask if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he told me where it was and also walked me there. He was very helpful and asked if I needed anything else. The employee at the checkout was pleasant and asked if I found everything that I needed.
