I work in Mount joy, Pa, relatively close to the Sheetz. When I don't feel like making my lunch, I know that Andi and her crew have my back. They not only make my salad..they make the most PERFECT salad ever. The banana peppers, guacamole, more than usual cheeses and pickles. I never have to wait for my food either, this staff has the speed and hospitality to make a great team! Thank you, Mount Joy Sheetz...and Andi's team!! You guys rock!! :)

Customer service can make or break a business, but one assistant in a large chain can get overlooked...... I am going through a very emotional point in my life, and this Sheetz is the closest to the Hospice facility my wife is a patient in. She requested "my tea" lipton pure leaf, sweet. I also needed something having forgotten when I had last eaten. Being 62 and "old school" i get intimidated by the automated ordering. One assistant passed by as I struggled, Eric came from his register to help and to listen. He was what i needed at that moment, thank you. If he continues to show such empathy and concern for his companies customers, he should be recognized for his exemplary representation of the Sheetz family.
This store should be aware of its location in proximity to the hospice facility, and the staff should maybe made aware of the potential emotionally charged customer they may be serving. Eric could is a valuable asset to Sheetz, who could teach others how to treat customers.

I filled up with gas last night and was shocked by the state of the trashcans. Literally, EVERY single trashcan at every fuel station was overflowing. People continued to add trash that would just fall to the ground.

Use to love going to this sheetz, but not anymore. Every time i go, there is trash all over the place over flowing from the trash cans.

It was interesting getting to this Sheetz. I was nearing my destination and decided to stop and grab some drinks/snacks for my hotel room. I followed the GPS to my destinations which was weird. It brought me in the back way. Or what I assume is the backway. I mean I was on Sheetz Ln. To say it was weird is an understatement. I literally went through farmland to get here. Once here I went inside and browsed the shelves. I checked for easy items to grab as snacks and drinks for my room. Thought about getting an MTO, but decided that that should wait until after I was checked in and settled at the hotel. Items were well stocked and I made it through the line fairly quickly. I also made my way outside to load up my vehicle with my items. Before leaving, I ended up stretching my legs here too. This location, being so close to farmland, was surprisingly busy. Although, I have found that in this part of Pennsylvania, businesses are cropping up along busy stretches of road. That pun was intended there. Because these businesses now sit right at the edge of the farm, once where crops where grown.

I normally like Sheetz, but this specific one is being poorly managed. Every time I stop here it is incredibly busy and needs a higher level of staffing during daylight hours. The outside and inside is unclean, especially the bathrooms. Dirt and paper scattered around and trash cans were overflowing. Food preparation was sloppy and slow. Only one person at the cash register. Employees appeared overwhelmed and stressed due to the volume of customers they had to cater to. Sheetz corporate should take some action here.
