I went into Kosers today to purchase something special for a graduation gift. I met Tom there.He was very helpful in showing me several lovely pieces in the price range that I wanted to spend. I left with a beautifully wrapped gift ready to give my special graduate!

Koser jewelers in Mount Joy is a wonderful place to shop for jewelry and for jewelry repairs. I was so happy to have my watch repaired instead of buying a new one. Koser’s Jeweler’s has always been amazing. However, this time they hit it out of the park for me. I needed to get my mom’s ring sized so I could wear it to her funeral and they made it happen in less than 24 hrs. I only mentioned what the ring meant to me and they offered to put a rush on it.

I don’t know if there is enough words in quality or quantity that can summarize in review my decision to go with a Koser ring for my wife. The photos that are attached to this review show a tiny facet of the perfection of the quality of Koser rings. One other aspect of why I highly recommend Kosers is Marcie! For me who knew nothing about buying a quality diamond ring for my then fiance, there is plenty of resources around but it can become quite confusing and difficult to sort out the mess of details. That’s where Marcie at Kosers came in and helped me out. She explained, educated, and answered all my questions about diamonds, and their qualities to watch for. She was an expert in customer service and she was very helpful in giving me the scope of options for my choice.She is a top quality choice for anyone that needs help in choosing a ring.Thank you to Kosers!
