The self serve pet wash facility is fantastic. This is exactly what I needed for my elderly pug girl who got banned from other PetSmart groomers because she can't stand up when being washed.When no groomers are taking new clients or you have a month wait for an appointment, this is a godsend!

I drove 45 minutes to Keystone Pet from South Lancaster for an appointment booked for a while. Due to construction delays, I was 15 minutes late today for a 3-hour grooming appt. On the phone at 11:45 am, I was told it would be fine as long as I reached there by 12:15. But once I got there at 12:15 and walked into the store, the manager told me they could not take my Golden. Would not entertain cutting out a couple of things I could do at home to make up the 15 minutes. Absolutely no understanding about a construction traffic delay on 283 just 10 min from Keystone. This felt very harsh and so I will not be going to this business ever again. I'm an older lady who did her best to get there on time. I also hit a short construction delay on Queen St., but would have been on time with that.

Jen is hands down the best groomer we've ever been to. Our mini labradoodle is very anxious and Jen is so patient and takes such great care of her. Every single time, our dog comes out looking like a show dog. It's worth the 40 minute drive for us!

Just moved to the area, and saw the pet wash advertised. I went to their website and watched the video...it looked great! Well, the pet wash was filthy dirty. There were piles of dog hair all over the floor, which obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The clasps that hold the dogs collar in the washing tubs were broken, and the place smelled. I love the idea....looking for a clen one.

Great selection, nice employees, but prices are a bit steep. The store itself is pet-friendly with a dog park/patch out front. I still like to support smaller businesses where I can.They have a nice selection of toys, clothes, harnesses and leashes, food, treats, and other animal equipment. They have a nice canine tooth gel that can be given orally without brushing, which is great for our nervous dog. They also have all kinds of locally sourced dog treats- biscuits, jerky and the like.There are some things I'd buy elsewhere because it's pricey (but good quality) like their $40 harnesses. But to each their own.Edited August 2023: five stars. The pet grooming services are excellent and fairly priced. Just call and ask about their availability and if the groomers are in that day, you can walk in, no appointment needed.

My doberman loves coming here to get his buffalo chew and get a bath and nails done, ? great people, very friendly.
