So glad I did my research before and after contacting this place. They have no clue what he’s talking about when it come to campershell parts. Found out from the campershell manufacturer that my Z series shell palm handle could easily be upgraded to the power lock z Series style if wanted but if not it’s ok they still have the palm handle. This guy said that it’s totally discontinued and not available at all false. . As well as to upgrade it to the power lock option which has a clean power box that goes inside the topper on the left side inside the topper your 3rd brake light plugs into it and keeps wires looking nice plus the kit comes new cables and latches which install in the same place as the old and you run a couple wires and your topper will lock with your key fob. The prices here are outrageous the manufacturers prices are very reasonable compared to here. $200 with a new set up that locks with your fob isn’t bad the original non electric handle is $100 and this place wants who knows because it’s “discontinued”. Lol what a joke this place really is I’ll never purchase here. Best of luck if you do because you’re probably spending way more than you need to as well as probably not getting the parts warranty as you should be. Shop around talk to several places or your manufacturing company if possible before you buy

Not going to bash anyone unnecessarily, I get that mistakes happen, but the short of it is that I ordered a bed cover and it came in quickly (a day, so very convenient.) Drove 45 minutes to have it installed. They didn't know what they were installing and they hadn't checked the box to ensure components were there. Components were missing. Waited around for an hour for them to find spare parts. Couldn't find any. Had to wait a week for parts to come in and make the hour and a half roundtrip for a second time. Had plans that had to be cancelled in the mean time as they necessitated the bed cover. No discount offered for having to make second trip despite negligence. Would have liked even $50 off for the gas and inconvenience, or even better, a refunded $100 deposit. Not their fault parts were missing, but a little less negligence would have saved a lot of gas and time.The good: quick & reasonably pricedThe bad: unorganized & antiquated

I bought a truck cap from Ishlers in Mt. Joy, during which the miserable old man, Carl, and his grandson (didn’t catch his name) were nothing but rude to me and the whole situation felt very hostile. Carl openly made rude comments about my current situation. I will not offer them my business ever again. If there’s one thing to take from this review it would be this, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

They had advertised on Internet a special & when my buddy Went to order a cap Ishler's was gonna charge him full price for the cap plus an extra $100. For the sliding flip - out front window in the cap , until I reminded Ishler of his ad on the internet ! Then he acted like he wasn't sure if that special was still good . I was just about ready to tell my buddy come-on let's go, if he's gonna act like that , we'll go elsewhere and get a cap !

Got an aluminum cap on my 2022 Tacoma. Pretty honest, down-home, and straightforward place. Very reasonable prices. Excellent service. I drove almost 6 hours to get there and it was worth the trek. Highly recommend.

Have always had good service and deals with this family owned company. They are not the biggest or the fanciest but they get a lot of customers from out of state for a reason. They are well worth considering.

I called today to ask about a cap for my truck and a very rude older gentleman said to check the website and then hung up on me. I wanted to see how much a new one would cost and how long it would take to get but after seeing how this business treats people I would highly recommend buying from some place else.

I ordered a work force truck cap custom color to match my truck. It was ordered late April and they said it would be 8-12 weeks to get it. It arrived in the 12 weeks and was installed. Cap looks great on my Ram. Great service. I would recommend this place.
