“Called looking for a part for my lawn mower. I did not know the right terms but the person in the other end of the line was patient and looked very nice their stock for me. He understood my position and lack of knowledge about lawnmower parts. He came back and said they did not have the part. He then looked up other shops in the area and gave me suggestions. He ended by saying “I hope you get the part you need.” Great customer service. If I need help again I will definitely go back to this store.”

“So I have to tell you this story. As a child, my father would only by Stanley tool from Sears as they had a life time warranty. Lowes Kobalt tools have the same "hassle free life time warranty". Over a decade ago I purchased a roughly $150 Kobalt tool set. I was sure that I had a picture of the receipt saved. Well.i didn't. So I walk in with my broken container which carried the tools. The tools were fine but the box itself was broken. So I trudged into what is was sure was going to a nightmare of an experience. In less than 15 minutes I walked out with a new tool set. Go Lowes!!”
