Stopped by my nearest Cricket wireless store (Mount Joy) and the MOD/client support person, T. Mohammad, was SUPERB. So helpful and personable. Turns out all the phone needed was for him to restore the program which had 'crashed' on my flip top phone (I don't want or need an Android/smartphone). He also instructed me to turn off my phone for at least 10 minutes once a week (which I never did before). BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Mohammad.

I switch from t mobile to cricket today. Nice customer service. Dipen is nice and really helpful. I suggest people to visit this store they have great deal on phones and plans

I called for a stylus replacement for my moto lg phone I purchased from cricket years ago. Nice fellow but told me to replace my phone or SIM card, I said I need a s-t-y-l-u-s, yes come up, I told him I'm a half hour away and would drive up, 6:45 I did, nice fellow, apologized had no stylus I showed him online and wanted to pick up local. Hour wasted...nice guy.

First let me say, TOM is AMAZING! I had such a great experience switching carriers. He helped me do everything I just had to give some information. He also help me occupy my 2 year old. Shout out to TYLER also. He helped me occupy my 2 year old. I am very happy I switched to Cricket and my experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Tom for everything and your hospitality. Hope your boss sees this and you definitely deserve a raise!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you once again :)

Tech was very knowledgeable and transfer old phone to the new quickly and you could tell he loved his work.He answered all my questions and checked out my new phone to ensure everything transferred, set up a new Google account for me and made sure old phone was wiped clean.I love my new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Ultra with the 16 g ram and 512 on board memory and it works great on the Cricket Network...5G is Blazing fast on Cricket...better than the 6K WiFi.Extremely satisfied with Cricket 5G Plan and coverage.

I love this Cricket Wireless Store! You always get wonderful service. The manager Tom is super nice and friendly and goes out of his way to help you at any chance. He answered all of my questions and was super helpful. Hands down best experience I ever had at a phone store!!! Will definitely continue my service there. You won't be disappointed.

Make sure you get to the store at least an hour before closing time. We visited the store tonight in hopes to sign up for service but we were turned away at 6:30 because the sales lady said it would take too long to complete before they close at 7. We were literally the only people in the store.
This was a first for me. Usually these types of businesses won't let you leave without signing up.

My Daughter and I visited your store, looking to get an upgraded phone, as well as transferring the info from the old phone to the upgrade model. We met and were helped by "Afi", a young woman who treated us like we were family, taking extra time to activate the new phone, transferring photos, contacts, files and accounts to the new phone.She was a life-saver as we did not possess the knowledge to do these things and she was very patient with us, and courteous at ALL times, excusing our lack of technology knowledge, by compensating for us!!.She earned your store a rating of 10 stars, but I'm only limited to Five!
