“Great people, but their online banking service isn’t the best. It seems like its constantly down for updates and the content on the app doesn’t always refresh in a timely manner. I wish the online banking was more reliable, and I wish that the ATM were updated to deposit checks like some of the other local FCU’s (without use of envelopes). Like I said overall, good people but their online serves aren’t the best.”
“This is in response to Fred /Yolanda Waters since we can't respond as the business for some reason. As of Feb. 7, 2023, we had a serious staffing issue where we were forced to reduce our hours. The hours were clearly posted on the door and they are also on our website. The person who was inside working was NOT able to tend to members which is precisely why the Lobby was closed. Again, everything was clearly marked and clearly posted on our website along with "we apologize for the inconvenience" . Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond one's control. We strive to keep everyone happy.”

“As my friends brother was in there trying to get a loan as my friend, her baby and I admired the lobby and all the free things they had to offer. They have a change counting machine I thought was nice. They have free water, lollipops, pens, 🖠piggy banks and even dog biscuits for your pet dog. This bank certainly knows how to cater !!”
