This Sheetz is one of the few in the area that has a soda cave. it's very pleasant to walk into and the person I called beforehand to ask about if they had a soda cave was very nice too. 10/10. Makes kisses with my pookie better

Tried to get a mtg omelet, well I opened the packaging and it looked like this, not sure how old this is but it definitely isn't from today, it smelled old and rotten, the tortilla was hard and brown, and the eggs were brown and rotten on the inside. And I paid almost $5 for this.

The staff are kind and upbeat. However, I ordered mozzarella sticks this morning never had a problem before. These were spicy!!! Who puts jalapeño in mozzarella sticks and don’t say anything on the menu?! Gross! I also ordered a breakfast sandwich egg cheese sausage light ketchup and mayo it was soggy and falling apart. Definitely not light mayo or ketchup

I placed a curbside pick up on the Sheetz app on December 8 at 9:32 PM for a whole steak sub. I arrived and checked in on the app at 9:38 PM and waited for 10 minutes. No one came out to bring my food because four of the employees were huddled standing around talking, so I went to get my food and I asked if they don’t do curbside anymore and the one girl said I didn’t see that it was Curbside so I asked the other guy that was standing there and he said I didn’t see that it was Curbside my food was sitting there waiting for me to come in and pick it up but by that time it was already cold. When I got home six minutes later to eat my sub, the one Half hardly had any steak in it. It was mostly green peppers, onions and lettuce the other half of the sub was loaded with steak, and was very good despite the fact that it was cold. Almost like they ran out of steak when they made the second half. I paid over $12 for a whole sub. It was cold and hardly had any meat in 1/2. Oh, and by the way, there’s two tickets that said Curbside one was actually on the sub and the other one that was on the bag and they both said curbside pick up on it so I’m not sure how they didn’t see that I checked in on the app as being Curbside And that the ticket that they put on the food and the bag said Curbside

Went there on 10/14/23 at around 12:30 am. We ordered 2 cheese steak subs. They were supposed to be hot and toasted. We started eating them in the car in the parking lot I took maybe 2 bites of mine and couldn't eat it. They put cold meat on them, it wasn't even warm, it was more like they took it straight from the fridge and put it on the rolls. They didn't heat the meat or toast out rolls. I'm not sure why it took so long to receive our food if we were the only people in the store that ordered food if they didn't even cook it. We were waiting for about 10-15 mins. I called the manager while we were still in the parking lot to let them know about the food. I didn't want to wait around for another 10-15 for new food . I just wanted to go home and get into bed. The subs went into the trash and I'm waiting on a response from corporate. It's ridiculous to spend that much on food that wasn't even cooked. 2 subs, 2 fries and 2 iced teas came out to a little over $43.

I really wish u guys would have fixed my issue I ordered 4 hot dogs and they were cold almost like it was cooked for a minute so if I get sick its u guys fault since I didn't get refunded
