“The guys at McCarthy are amazing!! I was traveling with my two kids and our 5th wheel camper picked up a nail on the side wall of the camper tire somewhere on PA turnpike. I stopped at TA off the Carlisle exit and they couldn’t help other than offer an air pump but someone recommended McCarthy’s. Spoke to Joe and he had the tire I needed in stock. Drove the couple miles, they helped me direct backing the trailer in off a busy road and had the tire changed in just a few minutes. Joe was able to help save a few dollars on the unexpected cost and had us out of there to make it to our destination on time. All the guys are very kind and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get any tire service done.”
“My previous garage tried to take advantage of me being a single woman so I decided to try a new garage. Best decision ever. Simons Auto Repair got me in for my inspection and oil change. I dropped off the car before work. They called to communicate that I needed two new tires to pass inspection which I thought might be the case. I asked if they could match the two tires I replaced last year because of a slow leak. They called around and found my tires for a reasonable price and got all the work done in one day so I could get my car back before it snows again overnight. I am very impressed with their service and prices. Thank you!”

“Extremely high quality work at very good pricing, with friendly and responsive customer service. They handled some minor/low-speed impact damage on the rear corner of my wife's car for hundreds less than other shops quoted. They scheduled it within a couple weeks when others were booked out for months. Nathan was friendly, helpful, and honest in every interaction. The paint work on the bumper is impeccable and well-matched. They had PDR (paintless dent repair) done on a small dent on the fender that other shops would have considered perfect. Even before us seeing it, Nathan told us it was much improved but not perfect in his eyes and that portion of the work was discounted. I'm not convinced we would have noticed the tiny imperfection in the body line that he was talking about. Most other shops would have called it good, charged full price, and not mentioned a thing. While I hope to not need any more body work, I would absolutely go back here if we do.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to Sam & Jerry's for 40 years. First Jerry, then Mike and for the last number of years, Matt have provided prompt, courteous and economical advis advice and service. My most recent need for service came on the eve of a long trip. Despite being fully booked, Matt made the effort to get my car in the shop and address and resolve the various issues. I knew that even if he could not make all of the necessary repairs that he would explain what was needed so that I would not victimized by another repair shop at my destination. I cannot say enough about Matt and I recommend him whenever I get the chance”

“This place is amazing. In a world where people only care about themselves..this business owner is far from that kind of human. We went based strictly off of his pervious google reviews before bringing our Renegade here because we couldn't find prices on line and it was the week of Easter. He had us drop our car the next day. Our front brakes/rotors were toast and needed done 3 weeks prior to when we actually were able to get them done, our oil also the same..and we told him to change the back brakes if HE thought they needed done..oh and our lugs were stripped. We called twice being normal pains in the butts with extra questions told him to not do the oil change to to save us some money.He called to let us know the car was done. The brakes and rotors were fixed..the back brakes didn't need done yet, got new lugs, and he did our oil change anyways because .."it needed done". I mean it really did need done..it was so awful. But literally every penny means something to us at this moment. So the amount of kindness from this shop is something we can't say thank you enough for. The work is quality, the work is honest..the people are honest and the pride in the work shows. You literally can not find that around anymore. Any part of the car business is about taking advantage. Not here. The previous reviews for this shop are 100 accurate. My review is 100 accurate. This is the only shop that will be touching our Jeep or any other car we own. Thank you again!”
“This is a rock-solid tire shop. The staff were very friendly and honest, absolutely no misleading with prices or add-ons that you might get elsewhere. Wait time was minimal, especially considering they checked alignment along with a balance and rotation. Won't hesitate to return.”

“Excellent local mechanic shop with very friendly staff. Brought my Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and was very satisfied with the service. In fact, I even scheduled an inspection at a later date due to how great this shop and staff are!Called ahead to schedule an appointment (highly recommend) as with most local shops. The staff had me in and out the door at a fair price. Somewhat average, perhaps a little below average price compared to local shops in the area.Highly recommend this local mechanic and will for sure be back for more service!”

“Recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid. I went on Toyota's website and it said a model I was looking for was being delivered here. I called and unfortunately it was already reserved for a buyer which is the case for this high demand car. Remarkably the next day I am called and told the car is available. A few days later I'm out here buying this car. The experience with a Rahal dealership is always A plus. I have used their BMW dealership in Pittsburgh often. The facility is impeccable, employees great. My salesman Nick Fogelsanger came in on his day off to complete the process. My car was waiting in pristine condition. My complete time there wasn't more than an hour . It would of been shorter but a tech spent as much time as I needed setting up and explaining the vehicle for me.”
