“Each visit is great - service is fast, every staff member is always friendly, and the prices a great. Even when it feels busy inside, they’re efficient and keep things moving. I’ve lived here for 4-5 years and always used Mail Dock for shipping needs; I have never needed to go to the local post office. I’m not sure why anyone would brave the post office when the Mail Dock business exists.”

“I always have great service here, but today was even better. I had surgery recently and can't use my left arm. An employee came to door to open it and take my packages to the counter because he saw me struggling. He was so kind.”
“They packed a piece of furniture (along with numerous smaller items) for us and shipped it over halfway across the country. It arrived in perfect condition! The driver said it was an excellent job of securing it. It was nice to see somebody treating our family heirloom as their own. Highly recommended.”

“The Elizabethtown post Office has very nice employees working there. I just made it there today before they closed. The lady working there was nice. I bought two books of stamps, and the lady weighed my envelope for me, I put a stamp on it, and watched it go right out the back door, and onto the postal truck, going to Harrisburg. This was a time sensitive package and I was so happy to see it go right out onto the truck!!”
“It’s not the people working behind the desks fault your package is late. They don’t get joy out of people coming in angry at them for something they cannot control. I’ve seen reviews mad at them because of how Amazon delivered their packages (which USPS is not Amazon) and god forbid the weather be bad and cause issues. USPS let’s you track your package for free online and get updates to your phone/email so you don’t have to get mad at the desk people about them not knowing exactly where your package is because they can only see the same information you’ll see. Mail people really are not paid enough people expect them to just know everything about some randos shipment. It is not this locations fault that your package is late to get there, as they’re literally waiting for it to get there too, that’s more of a cooperate issue.”

“Best post office I have ever used. She is a one woman show and knows her stuff. She takes a one hour lunch so just don't go then. Lions Den below has no idea what he's talking about. She takes an hour. MAYBE give or take a minute or two. She's fast and super friendly. If I could give more stars I would.”
