Their U-Haul Rental Service: They make you wipe down the vehicle before you return it with your own wipes! Reserved vehicle online without insurance, somehow this was added during pick up although I opted out of it upfront. Insurance was $20. I requested it be removed and they refused. They can keep the money, but not my business in the future.

I just adore the employees at this location, very friendly, helpful, and sweet! Now, I've never rented a storage unit before so I don't have much to go off of, but I will say, I was very surprised at how clean this place is! I've heard horror stories about rats and bugs at other storage units so I was hesitant about storing my furniture.. but I had no choice! I was actually recommended to this place through my fiancée family who have had nothing but great experiences with them!!! Yay for me and my furniture! Anyways, this review is for the interaction I had today with a very sweet employee! My lovely debit card expires this month....so I had the fun job of figuring out all places my card is hooked up to for automatic payments. Then to top it off, my card had fraud on it! YAY! This isn't a great way to start the new year, but today I actually got a call from an employee to inform me that my card on file needs to be updated (BEFORE IT WAS CHARGED!) ! I truly would never expect this type of customer service from a storage facility, much less... anywhere. This place is amazing on every level, but the employees really make it all that much better! Pleeease take notes companies! THIS is how you treat a customer !

I am not one to normally write reviews but I really felt the need to write one here. Of course I decided to move during the most hectic time of year (Christmas) and along with that comes a lot of stress. I was visibly overwhelmed and Jay was able to make the process very easy for me and was extremely polite and accommodating. I went in having no idea how to drive that thing and Jay was very patient and made sure I was comfortable by the time I left (thanks again). I really appreciate the generosity and would definitely recommend this place!

I had a unit here serivce was great. Gate hours didn't work for me. Other than that I was happy.

Terrible customer service. Call and leave multiple messages and no response . If your looking for fast service I suggest going somewhere else

Had a great experience here at Fort Knox Self Storage. I was returning a UHAUL rental and JW and Kim were extremely helpful. I had a hectic moving day and my experience here made up for all of it. I did not have time to fill up the gas completely so I was prepared to pay the fee. JW was kind enough to understand my situation and decided to help me out with a discount and waived this fee. Would do business with again. Thanks you guys!

Have fun trying to reach the guy hes too busy hanging out at showcase! My girlfriend and myself have been trying to reach this dude. She even went to showcase and explained the situation and the need for the unit asap for him to say he doesnt know what's available and he has to check his computer but yet still sitting at showcase cause gossiping is far more important than making money and or providing the service you advertise
