I tried to call today to get my brother a corsage and bootaneer. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude. He let me know I was really bothering him calling on the phone to try to order these items. I was bothering him because he has so much going on with his orders. UH AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS IS WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING SO MAYBE DON'T BE SO RUDE TO PEOPLE!!!!!!!

So rude. Tried to call to get flowers for my brothers prom. He told me how much I was bothering him - he has 3 proms to plan for and Mother's Day, so call someone else...honestly think he just didn't want to be bothered at all. He was nasty and rude and I would never want flowers from someone who behaves so unprofessionally.

Scott did an absolutely beautiful job with the flowers for my mother’s funeral. We received so many compliments - they were stunning. The arrangements were classy, elegant, and so much more beautiful than what you typically see at funerals. He was very easy to work with from out of state and really listened to what I had in mind.

I will never order flowers from this establishment again ! I spoke with a man who I think is the owner... he's very short with his answers & does not offer help .... He makes you feel like he just wants you off the phone!! The flowers were delivered and I was sent a picture, I was very disappointed in what was sent! After calling the shop and speaking with this person, it didn't seem to matter that I was not happy ...he did not offer to make an adjustment or really even say he was sorry for my displeasure.... To me that's no way to run a business!!!!

Very rude owner. I used to order regularly for over a decade without issues. I suppose he thinks he’s a Monopoly and can be rude to customers now. In fact, we just ordered two Mothers Day arrangements. I will order at a more professional establishment going forward. Sad to see such behavior from a local business owner. I will be sure to share my experience whenever the opportunity presents itself.
