“My wife's car's brakes making a really loud noise and she just happen to go by the shop. She stopped in and Josh took a look at it right way and determined that a bolt came out of the caliper. He put it up on the lift and replaced the bolt and my wife was back on her way in 20 minutes. For him to take the time out of his busy schedule to do this right away is unheard of in today's auto industry. “I do mot usually leave reviews unless bad. My daughter was 2 hours from home when her tire came off the socket. We had to call for a tow. The closest place was Jack Williams. The tow truck driver damaged my daughters car so bad to the point that the door is not aligned. I was so upset because i knew how scary this was. Andrew was amazing from the beginning. He validated my concerns and acknowledged that damage had been done. He assured me he would do his best to make the car drivable and safe. He communicated via FaceTime to show me the damages and texted updates and pictures. He made me feel safe and not taken advantage of! I wish i lived close because i would take all if my cars to them for service”
