I am eight months pregnant and I called Mt. Bethel Pharmacy this morning to refill a prescription that I need to regulate vomiting. I advised that I was out of the medication and the technician told me that she understood and would put it in for refill to be ready later today. I came four hours later and the same technician then told me the medication couldn't be filled today and had to be ordered. I understand that this is a unique medication and is not consistently kept on the shelves, however, what I do not understand is why I did not receive a phone call to advise me of this (knowing that I was in need) so an alternative option could be secured?The staff was lackluster about the matter and told me that I could call around to other pharmacies and they would send my prescription to them, a common practice that other pharmacies would handle themselves in this situation so my husband and I left to go drive around and find someone that could fill the medication.I went to CVS (who was wonderful) and they advised that there are two over the counter medications that work as an alternative, with the same chemical compound. They provided me with them until the medication comes in tomorrow morning on their order.I am unsure why Mt. Bethel's pharmacist could not have provided me with the same option; but again there was no effort to remedy the situation on the part of the staff. Absolutely no interest was taken and zero accountability.My husband and I are pulling all of our prescriptions from Mt. Bethel and utilizing CVS moving forward. The entire situation was absolutely unacceptable and a demonstration of poor customer service on every level. Had it not been for CVS, I would have ended up very sick.

LOVE this pharmacy! Such a different experience than dealing with larger chain pharmacies. Real interactions with real people who care. A huge benefit is the "Pill Packs" -- they prepare 4 weeks worth of medications and supplements and twice daily my in-laws just have to open a small blister pack containing their pills. Highly recommend!

This store needs some serious training. They behave like they own a flee market stand, not working in a pharmacy. The pharmacist (Frank or Fito) is not professional and said " I won't fill your prescription regardless" when I question his commitment to trust. It is hard to trust someone who doesn't hold their commitment to health.
"As a pharmacist, I vow to serve humanity and to support my profession's ideals and commitments. _ I shall be guided in all dimensions of my life by the highest standards of human conduct. _ I shall apply the full measure of my knowledge and abilities to supporting the health and well-being of all those I serve."
Angela needs some manager's training and the toxic negative environment in that place is off the roof (especially if you disagree with them). I am sorry but I can't trust them to handle my prescription.

The pharmacy staff here is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable especially the pharmacist. I think his name is Frank. Not only is he very helpful and kind but his knowledge about medications makes me feel like I am in good hands. If you want a pharmacy that treats you like family, this is the place to go.

Last Tuesday 10/03/23 I called mt bethel pharmacy to set up an appointment to get the latest vaccine booster shot. I was told that the booster hadn’t been released yet. I knew that wasn’t true. I contacted cvs and received the booster shot on Thursday. I was disappointed because I had received all of my prior shots at mount bethel pharmacy. I’ve always liked the customer service that I received there. Hopefully that was a one time disappointment.

What a great pharmacy! All the people working there are so kind and helpful. The pharmacist there, I think his name is Frank, is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Kudos to him and his staff!!

Absolutely clueless, almost every time I get scripts refilled there's a problem,and today am changing pharmacies, absolutely have no organization or communication and like bigger pharma they are only open half day on Sat and no Sunday hours ,so if you work Mon to Friday chances are they are closed during your off time,and only carry scripts,no other products not even bandaids

Very friendly and helpful! They delivered my medications quickly the same day I was prescribed them, and made sure I received them, even though they could not make direct contact. They even left me a little extra bag with masks, pens, and hand sanitizer! So appreciative of their kindness and the service that they provide for our area.

Dr sent script for me. I called to see about being notified when done. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. Waited about an hour and called back message stated they close at 6. Asked for a call back about my meds. Heard nothing so I called again a little after 5. Was told they were closed and I will have to wait until tomorrow morning at 8 when they open. I’m a wk into Covid for the second time, I guess I’ll just suffer one more night. Will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
