I had a wonderful experience at the Mount Bethel Fidelity Bank branch! Both Kelly and Connie were super helpful and were able to help me out quickly and easily.

September 28, 2023 Michelle, her management co-worker and one of the cashiers helped me with two out-of-the-ordinary transactions and they all efficiently completed them for me. I am grateful, and as a long-term prior customer of Merchants Bank I’m happy with their ability to work with Fidelity. I’m also sorry anyone else has had problems with Fidelity and I encourage those clients to keep talking with the Mt. Bethel staff until things are right. It’s well worth it.

Michelle was great. The bank is very clean, I felt very welcomed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE branch with an equally HORRIBLE manager and staff. Don't trust Michelle. The manager herself is the biggest leech quick to throw you under and not help a patron. A lot better institutions to take your money to truthfully. If you love being robbed, being told multiple different reasons to one issue you are having with your account, not being able to get a hold of anyone, and especially if you love DISORGANIZATION then Fidelity is the bank for you. Now that I've swapped banks so far I've had an easy transition and feels nice to have some competence with staff unlike this institution.

When it was Merchant bank I loved It. All the workers knew me and I knew them.Nobody never Id me or made me feel uncomfortable. They all was very friendly. Now since it's Fidelity bank they always ask for Id, which it's not a bad thing. I have a problem when if when I show id they give me a hard time. I tried to explained to one of the tellers I go and withdraw money all the time she wouldn't listen, saying my name is not on that account. I was going to a funeral so I was very upset that I had to use the machine then come in and talk to someone. I got locked out my account also. After the bank found out she made a mistake they never apologized. Making me feel like I'm the problem and my account all of sudden keep getting looked out. They also ask me do I have an account there when I go in. Why would I go to a teller if I didn't have an account?

Please be careful and check your bank statement after using their ATM if you are out of network. I was charged 3 dollars for withdrawing cash, plus another separate 3 dollars after the initial, and then another additional 3 dollars for a balance inquiry. I get reimbursed through my bank but please beware!

Ok bank But have to constantly keep clarifying what they're saying keep on them and you'll be fine
