“Not my usual u-haul only because I have several locations nearer. This time the near ones didn't have the equipment I needed. This location found it at another location, reserved it for me, and sent me on with a smile. I will call here first the next time I am in the valley renting a u-haul, or more usually buying towing bits or wiring. I have no issues with other locations in the Scranton area, but I know above-and-beyond when I see it.”
“This wife & husband team are AWESOME and we’re beyond helpful! First time putting the hitch on and needed all parts to tow a trailer; the ball, pin, etc they went beyond their call of duty to make sure I had what I needed to get the job done then rented me the trailer and were so giving with their time and patience. I can’t say enough good! Wish more people in the world were as kind as they are! Definitely will be going there for all of my uhaul needs!”
