My wife and I have used several moving companies over the years. We have moved with Minute Man movers 3 times and they are superior to any other we have used. Highly professional and competent, they are very careful with our possessions, truly white glove service. In addition, just genuinely nice folks to work with. Highly recommend.

We hired Minute Man Movers to move our small office. They showed up on time and were very nice and professional. We were only charged for the amount of time it took them to move us (most movers charge a full day). We were very happy with the service and felt it was affordable as well.

They only want cash, When you speak to them on the phone they will not tell you service charges that go on the bill, they will charge you from the time they leave, not when they get there. They will charge you 100$ for washers and driers and from where we lived it would take about 20 minutes but it took them an hour and 10 minutes.

Was brief in messaging to set up a call and very rude over the phone. When I mentioned I already gave him details via messaging and texts, he got snappy and said that it was someone else and asked what we discussed, and before I could answer said, "or do you even remember?" I called him out on being rude and not letting me finish my sentence. To which he continued to talk over me to say he "isn't like that" then proceeded to try and give me a quote with no details.Asked the locations and size of the two destinations and said it would be an 8 hour day. I explained that I had already provided details stating we only wanted a few larger items moved and already had our own truck, and he said it would still be 7 hours then and quoted a high price. When I said it shouldn't take more than 3 hours to move 2 beds, a couch, and loveseat over a 10 minute distance he said the hours include their driving to and from their offices and include the cost of the truck even though I had a truck rental already.I wasnt bothered nearly as much by the fact that it was not the right service to meet the need, that is fair that they focus on more holistic services. I was however bothered by his attitude, continually cutting me off even after I asked to let me finish speaking, and disregard for any of the information I was trying to share. Glad we have multiple quotes from other companies that have been far more professional and courteous.

I have to say moving sucks! It's just that simple. However working full time and moving primarily alone isn't easy. Without a long story cause lord knows I could....minute man movers were right on time. So that was my first relief and plus for them as a company. Then they were both such sweet nice gentleman and very professional and worked together nicely and easily to get my sons and my furniture situated. They asked how I like everything if I needed anything else they weren't grumpy and half fast ppl like some companies. I was so pleased with how nice they did everything I recommended them immediately to a friend who's moving as well. I highly recommend minute man movers and remember everyone yes it's their job to move YOUR stuff but it's not as easy as they make it look so a little extra helps them on their way to the next move they have. Oh and my little princess was happy after they left too and they even acknowledged her little presence. Lol...good bunch of guys and you may not move in a minutes time but these guys can...thank you both for your help today! From us and little lily.

We hired Minuteman Movers to help us move to our new home. Initially they were booked up but after hearing all the raving reviews, I was willing to postpone our move to use their services. The day of our planned move my husband and I both took off work. I received a phone call a half hour before expected arrival saying that due to illness they wouldn't be able to come. I'm a reasonable person and I understand unexpected things happen. Pam, the secretary, assured me that they could come on Sunday morning instead. Sunday morning came and I called the office twice to get a time frame for when the movers would come. NO one returned my call. I reached out through Facebook messenger and whoever runs it said it was unacceptable and the office would be contacted immediately. It's been four days and still no one has reached out with any explanation or an apology. Sadly because of this experience with Minuteman Movers I cannot ever recommend them. The lack of courtesy and business professionalism alone, leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. It created an extremely stressful situation even harder for us. Thankfully we were able to get help from some dear friends but not everyone has that option and for those that expect to rely on a company like this with our experience, they too, would be sorely disappointed.

Incredible service by Minuteman Movers. First they could not help me on the date I wanted, but they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. Then they tell me they are coming at 8 AM and they don’t, they come at 7:45 AM. My team (they have 3 teams) were Dave and Nick. They couldn’t be nicer and worked together with great efficiency. 5 out of 5stars for me. Thanks guys.

What a smooth, easy, transition we had using Minute Man Movers!!! Can’t say enough good things about Dave and Nick who handled our move. Courteous, timely, professional, and very careful.
