“Dr. Aronson came into our life by referral upon learning our lab’s terminal diagnosis. As a family with four children, the thought of losing our relatively young dog was debilitating. Dr. Aronson came to our home several times with compassion, calmness, and a clear connection to how our Nova felt. She shared this with our family; especially our children, as she cared for Nova and helped relieve her pain with massage and acupuncture while directing us to fast and easy ways to fulfill her prescriptions. She always connected with and included our kids who wanted to be a part of Nova’s care. When it came time to help Nova move on, Dr. Aronson helped create the most peaceful and loving environment. We will never be able to thank her enough for being with us and caring for all of us.”

I took her to another vet who had zero compassion and my friend recommended The Cat Hospital of Media. Dr. Yolanda Revilla is so wonderful, informative and compassionate. I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life and Dr. Revilla and the staff were all so terrific. I really want to thank them for truly caring and loving my precious girl. Dr. Revilla sent me a card and today I opened the mail to receive a beautiful watercolor painting from the hospital in honor of my little girl. Thank you all so much. “Media Vet was very responsive to our concerns about Mickey's dental issues. We were able to be seen quickly, then in short order, records were sent for cardiac testing and Brianna and Dr. Atherton answered many requests regarding medication and his surgery. Dr. Atherton even added time to her day to add him to a surgery schedule without waiting for an opening. Knowing a pet is suffering is so difficult and it means a lot that Media Vet cared about this little guy! We are so grateful for your help.”

The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!”

“My wife and I came in with our pet holland lop and Dr Goodman provided exceptional care with the check up and we learned a lot about our rabbit from head to tail in a very thorough fashion. We had no idea that rabbit’s molars develop spurs from chewing and Dr Goodman was able to identify this problem and resolve the issue and make our rabbit happy again- we will definitely be back.”

“I love this place! I highly recommend. So great with your fur babies and owners. They take the time to talk to you and fill you in on everything that is going on with your fur baby. They are very honest. They don’t rush they are all so great. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals that come in their vet office. I never had a bad experience there. Dr Lee is an incredible veterinarian. I recommend him to all friends and family that are in need of a vet. Your fur baby is in very good hands with him and his staff.”

“A long-overdue review for the incredible team at Aston Vet! I was lucky enough to met Dr. Anderson a year ago at a pet function where Aston Vet had an information table. I explained how difficult it was for my Shiba Inu (difficult is their middle name)to receive pet care because he was terrified to say the least. Dr. Anderson explained Aston Vets fear free approach where "happy visits" are incorporated and I was sold. From the moment we walked through the door, it was evident that Dr. Anderson and staff truly prioritize the well-being and comfort of their furry patients. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and true dedication provided by the entire team, particularly Dr. Anderson, Kelly, Brian, Lisa and the star of the show Kate who worked tirelessly with Simba through countless happy visits. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but her genuine love for animals is evident in every interaction. Kate went above and beyond to ensure that Simba felt comfortable and at ease throughout his many visits, from the initial examination, happy visits and necessary procedures. Kate's patience and compassion made a world of difference in helping to alleviate any anxiety Simba may have had. I had the privilege of witnessing Kate's remarkable work firsthand as she embarked on a mission to make Simba feel at ease during each visit and that one day he will no longer fear vet appointments, and she did just that and then some! Kate transformed what was once a highly stressful experience for both myself and Simba into a calm and trusting environment. Her unwavering commitment to ensuring his comfort and well-being is nothing short of awe-inspiring through her tireless efforts through the Happy Visits program. I am forever grateful to Kate for this! What an asset to this veterinary office! Thank You all again for the outstanding care provided! “Our dog came down with an eye infection on Friday night after my Vet closed for the long New Years weekend. We couldn't ignore it for 4 days so on Saturday morning we frantically searched for someone who would help. After numerous refusals, we reached out to Bryn Mawr Vet. Not only were we relieved to find they were open, but estatic that they were happy to squeeze us in. Again, this was the Saturday before New Years Eve! The entire staff was extremely kind and caring. The office was spacious, clean and welcoming. Doctor Greenamyer was wonderful. She gently and thoroughly examined our dog's eye, immediately identified the issue and explained to us what it was, much to our relief. With the meds she perscribed, our dog's eye began to clear up nicely. We can't expres how grateful we are to the Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital (my dog's new Vets, BTW), Dr. Greenamyer and the staff.”
