This is the best post office ever. From my mailman to the kind people in the office, Morton really lucked out with this group of people. My mail is ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner and I have never had an issue in the 10+ years I have lived here. Thank you Morton Post office for a job well done!

This has got to be the worst post office that I ever had to encounter with the manager. Greta is very unprofessional …. She does not deserve to be manager … I can’t even give it a rating with her there the worst it’s ever been needs to be investigated for opened mail

I’m posting this here because USPS doesn’t allow on its website. Swarthmore post office counter closed early two days within the past week because it had no one to work it. This has happened many times before. USPS does not send enough staff to support our neighborhood post office.

The clerks that work here are usually cordial. I will be glad when Corona is over so that I can stop receiving mail after 10 pm. at my residence. It is crazy to open mail after a long day at that time.

I've been using this post office for years and they've always been very kind and courteous. My partner once ordered an item and didn't receive it, but they provided us with plenty of information to track it down such as where it was delivered, what time, etc. Turns out, he entered the wrong house number by accident.

Weekday hours are inconvenient if you work a regular 9 to 5 job. There is no parking lot and only room for about 3 cars to park on the street out front.
