Really meant to post this earlier, but as we all know life gets in the way sometimes. Where do I start? Ok, 1st things 1st, am I happy with my purchases? I got a 2 channel dashcam (front & back) & new speakers, amp & subwoofer. Yes, again & again YES! When I walked in I met Mike, told him what I wanted & was thinking of. So after a few minutes of me peppering him with question after question he informed me of what I really was going to need. So after telling me about what brands they use & why, what happens with the installation. Agreed on a price & set the date to have everything installed. Dropped off my car late Sunday night so they would start 1st thing Monday morning, & got the call on Tuesday morning that my car would be ready to pick up around 1:00pm. He had also told me that because some items they had ordered previously had been delivered & with some of my questions about the difference between this & that. Difference between this product & that product & what makes one better or not so much than the other, he was going to upgrade my dashcam & my Amp. (no charge) As far as the price goes, I'd say pretty good to average for buying what you are there for, & for me he really did hook me up! Didn't feel like he was rushing to get me to make my purchase & get me back out the door just as fast. As far as that goes, Mike is VERY helpful, & if you come across something wrong he seems very willing to help make it right. As I said at the beginning, I am VERY happy with everything & how it sounds, now my neighbors & my daughters school is another thing, but that's NOT important now is it? ?

Mike is the best. He built a beautiful box for me and an amazing sounding system. Can’t say enough good things about sound of Tri-state. Car audio is hard to find really good installers now days. They go above and beyond at sound of Tristate. Big Thank you to Mike and his team.

Great service. I popped in and they were able to fit me in a few days later. When I came back the next day my jeep was ready with a new screen and new backup cameras. Would come back!

Sent my work truck in to get a new radio. Work was done quickly! Customer service is great!! Environment is cool! Had a question about the radio, came the next day Mike fixed it in a second! My truck is a bit of a specialty item , Absolutely will trust them with all my electrical needs!

Best audio place in the area, went in because my radio was blown. They checked it out and got it down within the same day. Needed a fuse for my subs, A gentleman by the name of “Mike” gave me one free of charge. I would recommend this place for anyone getting their radio or speakers done. Very professional??????

Mike was fantastic! I brought in my teen’s car to have Apple Car Play and a backup camera installed. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, with great customer service. I will absolutely recommend Sound of Tri-State to family and friends, and will definitely come back should we need them again.
