I’ve written reviews before about fort delco but right now I am experiencing an injury, arthritis in my knee and it’s so nice every time I go the coaches ask how your feeling and help you modify and they truly care! It’s like home away from home feeling, I can’t say enough about toms gym, it’s a very special place !!”

“Jabz changed my workout life! From an accommodating range of class times, 7 days a week to daily workouts mapped out for me! I love working out but I'm not good at mapping a workout regimen fit for me. JABZ does that for me which makes working out more fun! The coaches are my favorite part of my workout! From music selection to coaching in a way that motivates each and everyone in the class, not to mention the constant encouragement to push myself to my limits! “I have been a member at 610 for about 6 months and I am beyond impressed with the facilities, equipment and cleanliness of the space. More than a beautiful & clean gym, I love the supportive environment and diverse community. Their people from all ages and skill levels and everyone trains with absolutely no judgement here. “I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I knew I needed to make a life change ASAP! I came across Main Line Total Fitness and called them and had the pleasure to speaking with Ed (owner). Immediately I knew this is where I belonged. Ed told me to come in that day and he along with Tray (Trainer) got me set up with a plan that was conducive to my condition and schedule. I’ve been here for two weeks and loss body fat and gained muscle which has decreased the inflammation in my body! I feel stronger and I feel supported here. This club cares about their people. I feel blessed to be here and I am excited to see my health journey into the new year.”

“I joined because it’s 24 hours. Most gyms are closed when I get off of work. It is great for my schedule, and it’s nearby. I like the selection of free weights, and weight machines. Variety of cardio equipment. I asked my Wife to join, and later we signed up together. She loves it, and referred her friend. The staff is great, and the members. I highly recommend this location. Come join us. Health is wealth.”

“I've been with Fight Shape for over 8 years and I couldn't be happier! I'm in the best shape of my life and stronger than I've ever been. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They push you to work your hardest and you will see results. The other members are super friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter what shape you are in - there is no judgment! I do it all - large group classes, small group training, and one on one training. They offer a great variety and I can always work a workout into my schedule. I highly recommend trying it out!”

“Dragon Gym has been a fantastic experience for my son. He's been attending for several years at this point and he has gained so much more than simply learning martial arts. There are a number of skills beyond karate that he has learned such as discipline, focus, leadership, confidence and communicating clearly to name a few.All the instructors at Dragon Gym have been great to work with and are extremely supportive. They are good and patient with all the kids while setting clear and challenging expectations at the same timeCan't say enough good things about Dragon Gym and the instructors there such as Master Joe, Instructor Cesar, and Instructor Tom.”

“I took an uplift class with Coach Jess. I was nervous because I have quirky things that cause some physical activity to be difficult but she was able to adapt almost everything to make sure that I was still able to do all the movements and feel super strong. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and I never felt pressured to do more than I thought I could handle even if she thought I could handle more. I started the class with minimal weight lifting knowledge and finished today feeling both confident in weight lifting abilities and my body control in doing exercises. Her knowledge, personality, and humor made the classes fun. I'd totally recommend anyone taking the class if you need trauma informed weight lifting. If you're just looking for a great coach at a weight lifting gym... she's also your girl.”

“LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

“After a long day of work, it's easy to walk in the door and not have to think of what workout I am going to do. By not thinking it helps me mentally know I'm game for whatever workout is thrown my way. The coaches always make class energetic and fun the second we start to when we are done. I am always learning something new and being able to push myself more than I would myself. After work it may not be the easiest to get myself to the gym, but I know the people there hold me accountable and the vibes are always fun with main line!”

“Tribe is a great gym. The culture and energy is fantastic as are the people. They make the most out of a small gym with very focused programs that are considerate of your time. “I have been a member since opening day June 2018. I love coming here! I feel great after Gina’s class! She is a great instructor and also very patient. She has great techniques and I look forward to each class.

Stacey’s classes are never boring! She incorporates bands and weights into her workout, which I love! I definitely sweat in her class every time!!! Definitely 5 star class!!!

Abby’s classes are 5 stars as well! She includes everything from Barre to weights to bands. She also shows modifications to those who are a little physically impaired. I always feel great and well stretched when done her class. Definitely 5 stars!”

“My 13 yo son started their middle school program a few months ago. We really appreciate the organization of the program and the instruction from the trainers. The flexible schedule is great and it's easy to register through the app. But most importantly, my son is getting stronger and gaining confidence which translates to his other sports. It's a very positive experience so far and we will soon be enrolling our younger son.”

“I have been a member of OTF Ardmore since last August. I needed a way to stay in shape and lose weight consistently, in addition to meeting new people. After my free class, I was hooked! The one hour classes are tough, but the variability in templates each time I come makes class fun and worth it. Even the special days/benchmark workouts are another bonus since I get to see my progress and compete with others in a friendly way. The staff and coaches are very friendly from the moment you first walk into the front desk to the 1:1 coaching feedback I receive during my workouts. I give this studio a 10/10 and would recommend OTF to anyone willing to try!!”
