Family member had a car accident Bills Auto shop has predatory pricing compared to other towing companies in the township. $70 a day is over the average market rate across NEPA. Low ethics by this business especially since there is no say in where the Springfield police department chooses to call for a tow.

The Main Truck I need for my contracting company was in a bad accident. The staff at Bill's sat down with me and listened as I explained that this truck is the life blood of the company. Long story short, my truck was returned looking BETTER than before the accident, running beautifully, and in an extremely timely fashion!!! Best in the Business!!!

I had a great experience at Bills auto body. You can see the pride as soon as you pull on lot. Everything is clean and in order. I couldn't have been accommodated anymore, totally above and beyond my expectations. It's been a while since I felt like a valued customer anywhere these days but I did today.

This place is completely and utterly racist. The business provided to African American customers are uncalled for but when considered a racist business, Bill's Auto Body don't see this treatment as discriminating behavior. My vehicle was towed here without my consent because I was involved in an accident and was taken to the nearest emergency room when discharged, I went obtain my vehicle and was completely surprised by the complex mistreatment such as walking away while explaining recurring fees, lack of engagement, and substantial costs. When experienced racism in past, you know when this treatment is being directed due to creed and color. It is sad that we are still experiencing this treatment as a black community.

I have had several issues from blowouts to bodywork over the years. Each and every time I needed help, a tow, or bodywork they were there for me. They are professional, caring and detail oriented. I only use and would only recommend Bill's Auto Body. A+ across the board!!!!
