William Penn bank is pathetic. More problems in 3 weeks with this garbage bank then I've had with Bank of America and PNC combined. Both managers at the Levittown woodbourne rd location are incompetent. They close your account and refuse to remove your Zelle account. When you call the online customer support all they do is tell you to call the local branch. 75% of the information in the policy/disclosures is inaccurate.

The bank has lost it's credibility since new CEO and CRO tookover in the merger. They have showed their greed by letting go of faithful employees one of which gave 26 great years to the bank and knew all it's customers by name. They claim to care about the community but only if it benefits the CEO.

To say that I am disappointed in a bank that I have had accounts with for almost 40 years is an understatement. I recently had occasion to visit the Morrisville Branch only to find out that the two senior staff members had been dismissed of their duties. These two ladies were extremely professional, greeted you when you walked in the door, knew everyone by name and had answers to all questions and/or concerns. That in itself made William Penn different from all the other banks in the area. In this day and age to dismiss employees of that caliber!!!!! SHAME ON YOU.

Unfriendly staff. Required to answer invasive questions in order to MAKE A DEPOSIT after being a customer for 30+ years. My experience makes me want to take ALL my money out of this bank. Horrible!

I've been a customer for almost ten years, regularly depositing for my business account. I've stood in line only twice, and both times the wait was under 90 seconds. I don't understand why anyone banks at the big banks; I guess they like standing in line and getting no interest on their checking accounts. I've never paid a fee, they mail printed account statements, and pay a little interest even on a checking account with a couple hundred bucks in it.

I don't know why more people don't bank here. They pay interest, even on tiny checking accounts, there's never a line inside or at the drive through, and in 8 years I haven't been hit with a fee yet. I can't think of another bank I could say that about. Also the staff is friendly.
