The absolute worst customer service ever. I don’t work there. I don’t know what boxes or bags I would need to ship an item and the customer service girl was so smug. I hate this office. Total losers

Worst post office, I’ve ever dealt with, I did an address change over two months ago, and my mail is still going to my old address, the title to my car got lost because of this post office, I never received my deposit back from my old apartment because of this post office, none of my mail, never got forwarded, I talk to the supervisor, and he is worthless doesn’t deserve this job, very disappointed in this place

I called the 800 number, to (God Forbid) talk to a human being about a simple question. I had to listen (for my convenience) to recorded Covid announcements, then a long list of options...all of them irrelevant to my question. Finally, I just spoke into the phone…'I want to speak to a human being'… and the robot stopped and said 'You want to speak with an agent, is this correct, please answer yes or no. I responded 'Yes' and the robot simply started to repeat the last set of irrelevant options again. This happened about 3 times before I hung up in frustration. Our tax dollars at work, folks. Absolutely useless.

My pkg's Both went to an undisclosed location in New Jersey???I live in Pennsylvania,,it has tracking in it REALLY Why did they take it back to the Post Office. I guess that would have meant they had to THINK!Just STUPIDA**, why R they delivering mail,,WHY the Hell

Went online to file a claim regarding a missing package that was supposedly delivered to my central mailbox. Received a call a couple hours later from Tom from the Morrisville Post Office. He informed me that he would reach out to the mail carrier who delivered the mail that day and I would receive a call a little later with hopefully a resolution. True to his word I received a callback the package was located and he informed me that it was currently in my mailbox. I was pleased with the process and quick response and resolution. Thank you Tom for your pleasant and professional manner.

I’ve had trouble with this postal office since I moved into PA. Postmaster and supervisor are liars and told the carriers I wanted my mail held which is a lie. I was forced to pay for my mailbox keys being replaced even though the lock hadn’t been replaced in years they held me responsible even though I haven’t even been at my place for a year! They have lost my mail countless times

This post office hasn't changed much since we moved away from the area two decades ago. I needed to mail an oversized envelope and stopped here on a Friday afternoon. There was no wait at the counter, and the postal clerk was friendly and helpful.

I don't know what's going on over there but this mail system is terrible. My pregnant wife had things never got mail from people that sent things. I never got my driver license amongst other things. The mail sorters need to tighten up over there.

I received a package for something I didn't order. So I contacted the shipper and they emailed me a label. I went to the post office and showed them the label on my phone. The guy (Sharuan) said sorry you need to print the label and bring it back. I told him the situation, that the package doesn't belong to me and I was just trying to get it back to the rightful owner. He didn't care, he said they use to print labels for customers but they don't do it anymore. Which means they still have the capability but they chose not to. I think in this situation they could have made an exception.

The best USPS office! I've visited over a dozen USPS offices and this one is by far the best one with great people to deal with. Louis and Larry (and the rest of the crew) are always willing to help me with my packages every time.Some USPS such as the Hamilton one zipcode 08619 gotta be the worst one. They're not as willing to help or answer questions and making up stupid rules. If you go with more than 10 packages they force you to drop it on their countertop or mailbox and won't give you a receipt. Just to name a few examples.

this one star is for the delivery people---our last postman Ed was great as are most of the people who work at the building but the people delivering since Ed left are rude, do not bring packages to doo but have left them in the driveway not the front door or even at the garage---lazy poor service it is time for new postmaster and of course postmaster general----a country without a good functioning post office is not functioning
