They offered more than the recycler! Came early, even called! Check my old car for belongings! (didn't find any, but he didn't have to check.) Friendly, easy, simple. Don't want to use again, but if I need something or have something no one else wants, they are very high on my list!

Only place to sell your junk car to. All the other yards and people say they will buy your junk car and never show up. I have a small parking lot and needed my truck junked for more space. They gave me a time and showed up like they said they would with CASH and now I gained another parking spot. Will be dealing with them in the future with any other junk vehicles.

Had the privilege of dealing with Barbie and Kimmie today. I junked a car. They gave me a fair price which was above the norm. They were totally professional and well run. If you have a car to junk or need a part, consider pick a part in morrisville pa....thanks guys .....Dom

Drove an hour out there and was told we can’t see the Jeep’s because the owner isn’t around. Waited an hour and then left. A day has gone by and still haven’t heard from her. What’s the point of having parts for sale if you can’t see them? Couldn’t an employee oversee me. Isn’t there someone she trusts that works for her when she isn’t available

I had been trying to sell my old car and it seemed everyone was giving me the runaround. These places had very poor customer service...they never got back to me and/or went back on their word. On a friend's recommendation I called junkyard barbie. They were friendly, courteous and told me upfront the process and how much they could give me for the car. They were true to their word and they came and got the car next day and gave me the money there on the spot. I would recommend them 100%!!!

Hello All,Looking for used parts for your car at very reasonable prices. How about looking to get rid of an old junker that you have been meaning to get rid of for years. Well Barbies Junkyard is the place to go, I have been buying parts from here for my kids cars for years. I recently had them pick up an old junker I have been wanting to get rid of for a long time. I was so impressed with how easy they made it and the tow truck drive was awesome. They gave me double the amount for my car that other were offering me. Thank you to JYB.

I had a cracked tailight on my truck which is a newer model and has backup sensors in it. Because of that, you can't just by new plastic; you have to buy the entire assembly. The dealership wanted over $1,000 for a tailight!!!! I could not get the vehicle inspected with the tailight being cracked, and it being a newer model, I was unsuccessful at attempting to find one at a salvage yard. At the same time no salvage yard took the time to give me any helpful advice until I called Pick A Part. Although she did not have the tailight for me she took time to help me find an economical alternative and saved me $800 dollars: truly cares about customer service, and genuinely helping people. Qualities that seems to be disappearing, especially when it comes to do with anything in the automotive business. A breath of fresh air.

Ive met the owner a few times over the years at car shows and such. When it was finally time to let go of my minivan her guy came to pick it up within a few hours, handed me cash and even broke into it for me to get the stuff that was locked inside. Easy-going towtruck driver who was friendly and had patience Thank you Michelle and thankyou to her crew for their spectacular service.

Old fashioned junk yard. Nice and organized. Good prices none of this "Well a new part is $500 so used it's $200" like a lot of the newer junk yards.

I emailed the company about my 2011 Ford Fiesta. Michelle was extremely kind to me over the phone and explained what they would be looking for with the car, and also what they do with some of the cars such as trainings for Police and Fire. She set up the pick up of my car, and the tow truck driver was very kind and professional. It was well organized and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this business.
